Costco West Sales Items for Jan 16-22 for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan

I hope everyone is doing well on this BLUE MONDAY.  I’ve been dealing with a baby who loves to go to bed a 7:00PM because they are too cranky and who LOVES to get up at 4:30AM in the morning ready to play!  Hopefully this stage does not last too long!  So far we have been doing lots of driving and listening to podcasts lately.

There were lots of great deals on sale this week.  Many of them are not advertised in the flyer.  Cheerios are the only thing that the baby will eat on a consistent basis and it is on sale this week.  Newman’s Own Pasta Sauce is continuing from last week.  A box of Advantage Multi-System Paper (5,000) sheets is on sale this week.  Naked Smoothie, Mild Italian Sausages, Hot Italian Sausages, Honey Garlic Sausages, 44th Street Beef Pot Roast, Maple Leaf Natural Selections Sliced Turkey, Chevalier Triple Cream Brie, Swiffer Products, So Nice Organic Almond Milk, Food Should Taste Good Multigran Chips, Hellmann’s Mayonaise, Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa, Alexia Sweet Potato Fries, Liberty Greek Yogurt, Yoplait Tubes, Ritz Bits with Cheese, Handi-SNacks Cheese N’ Breadsticks, Nongshim Kimchi Noodle Bowls, Ocean’s Canned Sockeye Salmon and Larabars are all items that I buy!!!

Happy Shopping!

*** One thing to keep in mind when reading this blog is that sales items in the meat and produce section are store dependent – the manager sets the sales for these items. For that reason, the chicken sales that you see this week (and last) may not be available at your store. Also, any items on the blog that end in ‘.97’ means the item is on a clearance. These ‘.97’ items are also store dependent. If you are interested in one of these products you can check with customer service to see if any of the items is available at a nearby store! If you purchased the product previously and it has gone on sale, if you bring in the original receipt and you have purchased the product withing 30 days (or longer, depending on the employee), Costco will refund you the difference!

Use these posts to make the best use of your Costco Card! I have done all the hard work for you and have a weekly listings of all the Costco Sales Items and flyers. Costco does not publish these Costco sales items; the only way to find out what is on sale is to walk the whole store! Come back every Monday to find out what is on sale for the week. The sales may vary slightly by store, but are generally pretty consistent between Western Canada. If there is something you really want, please make sure to double check the expiry date as some of the Costco sales items have been known to end mid-week.

  1. don’t assume costco is always cheaper. saveon has pace salsa on sale even cheaper this week. The hellman’s mayo is still more expensive than costco’s own brand normal price.

    • I have to fact check you on this one. The flyer I’m looking at for Save-On Foods shows Pace Salsa (642ml) for $4.49. Costco is selling (2 X 1 litre) for $5.49. The regular price of $7.49 at Costco is still a better deal.

  2. Awesome posts. My aunt introduced me to this and I introduced my mom to this. Now whenever my dad calls to ask what she needs from Costco she goes onto your site and tells him what to get.

  3. Thanks! Appreciate you sharing these updates and unblocked ads for you. FYI I bought the Zulu water bottles but had to return them as the glass cracked when I left it overnight in my car (in Vancouver’s cold snap). Bought the Contigo stainless ones currently in stock instead that don’t drip and are good so far.

  4. Because of your hard work last week I saw the microwave I bought was now on sale. I got a significant amount of money back with the price adjustment. Wouldn’t have known it about this if I didn’t see your posts. Thanks for your hard work.

  5. Thank you so much for the hard work you do, it really is most appreciated. I look forward to your emails each week, it is such a wonderful thing that you do. I make sure I click on the advertisements for you as well.

On another note, on my travels around Costco, I have noticed that the product number of non-sale items is sometimes highlighted in yellow. does anyone know what the significance of this is?

  6. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A FEW MORE SNACK ITEMS I AM A VEGEATARION I BOUGHT THE VEG AND CHEESE RAVIOLE BUT WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE THINGS. LOVE COSTCO.

    • Since the blogger is another customer going around the store taking pictures of whatever Costco puts on sale, you may like write your suggestion out and submit it at the feedback boxes near the exit of your local Costco warehouse.
