Costco West Sales Items for Jan 30 – Feb 5 for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan

The baby is finally over her cold(s) for now!  She is sleeping and back to normal – which means that Mom and Dad are much happier.  Now that she is feeling a bit better she is a lot more fun!  I will not subject you to my baby discovering a mirror.

Anyways, back to the deals.  This week there were LOTS of unadvertised sale items!  If you like the Dove product line, Coke or Pepsi Products, or use Jamieson’s Vitamins, this will be a great week for you!  My wife likes the Schick Intuition Razors which are on sale this week.  If you are looking for a good replacement for your tape measure.  The Laser Distance Meter looks like a great deal if you can find it.  GT’s Kombucha Tea is also on sale.  In the meat section, there was lots of Chicken Breast, Thighs and Drumsticks are on sale – but I have heard from others that the sales might not extend to all Costcos.  I took a picture because they were on sale in my local Costco Store.  Purex Bathroom Tissue, Cretor’s Chicago Mix, GoGo Squeez Organic Apple Pouches, Munches Snack Mix, Pepperidge Farms Cheddar Goldfish, Raisin Bran, Quaker Harvest Crunch, Franks Red Hot Sauce, KFI Butter Chicken Sauce, Ocean’s Pole and Line Light Tuna, Huggies Natural Care Plus Baby Wipes, Playtex Sport Tampons, and Novaform Mattersss Toppers are all on sale too!

Happy Shopping!

*** One thing to keep in mind when reading this blog is that sales items in the meat and produce section are store dependent – the manager sets the sales for these items. For that reason, the chicken sales that you see this week (and last) may not be available at your store. Also, any items on the blog that end in ‘.97’ means the item is on a clearance. These ‘.97’ items are also store dependent. If you are interested in one of these products you can check with customer service to see if any of the items is available at a nearby store! If you purchased the product previously and it has gone on sale, if you bring in the original receipt and you have purchased the product withing 30 days (or longer, depending on the employee), Costco will refund you the difference!

Use these posts to make the best use of your Costco Card! I have done all the hard work for you and have a weekly listings of all the Costco Sales Items and flyers. Costco does not publish these Costco sales items; the only way to find out what is on sale is to walk the whole store! Come back every Monday to find out what is on sale for the week. The sales may vary slightly by store, but are generally pretty consistent between Western Canada. If there is something you really want, please make sure to double check the expiry date as some of the Costco sales items have been known to end mid-week.

  1. Kirkland TP

We are using the Kirkland toilet paper for the first time. We were die hard fans of Purex for over 35+ years and would stock pile when it went on sale. Over the last two years we’ve noticed the “good” sales offered less often so once we were close to the end of our stock we decided to try the Kirkland brand. While we wouldn’t say it’s quite as soft as Purex (who’s softness has decreased over the years) we do give it 9 stars. The cost savings is worth the change and after all we are literally flushing our money down the drain. ? Also wanted to recommend the Golden Grill Russet Hashbrowns. ? They are dry and in a small carton. You just add hot water to the carton, they sit and then you fry them up. Friends first recommended them for camping but we now have them in our pantry. We’ve bought them for our kids too and the oldest is taking them along to the fly in fish camp with friends.

  2. Has anyone else experienced this? I bought the Huggies wipes three weeks ago. Yesterday I went for a $6 price adjustment, with my receipt, and was refused. I was told if it’s a “coupon” discount it’s only rembursed within two weeks. The 30 day adjustment period only applies to items that have gone on permanent clearance. I’ve always been able to get an adjustment no matter what type of discount it is if it’s within 30 days, and sometimes a little longer depending on who I get at the till. Has anyone else been told this and refused a price adjustment, or did I just get a grumpy person behind the till? Thanks!

  3. Oh! I never knew you get paid for us clicking on ads, I very much appreciate what you do so will be sure to click on ads in the future!!

  4. I noticed that the bosu ball is on sale in Alberta. I live in Edmonton. I went to the St albert costco and there was none. I am wondering if there is an easier way to find out which costco in Edmonton has this bosu ball on hand in Stock. As I really would like to buy it. Thank you

  5. I love to shop at Costco, especially when they have good deals. But it is very frustrating that they don’t have the chicken fajita pizza in Costco NE in Calgary !.. I put the request many time at customer service and still waiting for Costco NE to bring this item back !

  6. I was in Winnipeg St. James store today and frozen Wild Pacific Sole fillets were on clearance at $9.97 for the 2 kg bag. Not sure what the regular price was. None of the other shoppers seemed to notice what a good buy this was.

  7. I have lost my bill for the topper and they said I need the original bill to get the refund. Other then returning the one I bought and then buying a new one is there anything else I can do?

    • You can try buying a new on and returning it right away but at the original price. You just have to give them the date that you bought the mattress topper so they can look it up on the computer

    • I once returned a king down duvet to Costco with no receipt that for the life of me, I couldn’t find. Anyway, the gal looked up my history of purchases, it’s all in their computer, found when I purchased the duvet & did the refund. And get this, I found the receipt the next day, go figure. Also, I’ve returned books without a receipts, again, my purchase history was looked up & presto.

  8. Thank you so much! I’ve been looking forever for the Zulu bottles but can’t seem to find them. Thank you for all your hard work! Clicked some ads for you 🙂

  9. For those in the Calgary area, the Finish Powerball dish detergent is selling for $11.99 at the Cross Iron store. Customer Service was giving me attitude for wanting a refund of the difference on the same item that I bought 18 days ago as their policy is 15 days.

    • If you don’t see any ads on the page – you might have an ad blocker installed on your webbroswer. You can usually turn off the ad blocker for specific websites that you want to support.

  10. Thank-you for all the organized posts! I always look forward to checking out the new sales every week. Your baby is a cutie bear, lol. 🙂

    • Your purchases are all logged so just tell C S you don’t have your receipt. I had to do this and there was no problem. One of the perks of your paid membership.

  11. Thank you for posting the back of the items to so we can see calories/ingredients etc 🙂 So grateful that you do this each week.

    • 🙂 I started doing it a while ago because eoe kept asking me questions about the products that I could t answer :). I’m glad you find the extra information useful too!

  12. Thank you for your email.

We bought the mattress topper and we love it. It took a couple of nights to get used to it, but it’s great now. Very soft and supportive.

  13. Thanks for another week of time and money-saving research for all of us! Clicked a few ads and keep my ad blocker disabled on this blog to support you and encourage others to do the same!

  14. Thank you as always for taking the time to post these specials for us. The fact that we can see the ingredients list on the foods is very helpful too. Much appreciated.
So glad your daughter is feeling better and that you all can get a better sleep at night!

  15. Was wondering. The policy were if you buy something and then it goes on sale… what is the time frame on the return policy. Thanks

  16. She is a sweetheart.

Yesterday was the first time I was at Costco without your blog first. I needed a few things and Monday was the only time it would work after work. I returned the Philippine brand canned Mango juice, as it was not what I expected. Love that brand of dried mango – but the juice is awful. I told the lady I expected it to be like the bottled brand they sell in 2 packs. You’d think she would have told me that they were on sale. Anyway – with out your blog, and me not going through the whole store as usual after the bargains you post, I ended up not spending much (and also not getting everything I would eventually need). You provide a great service. Have said this before. Costco should be paying you.

  17. I’ve been following for a while now and just want to say THANK YOU! I use this to plan my shopping. I saved $28.30 today. Thats a big savings in my books for my family of 5!

  18. Such a cutie!

Those 34 degree crisps are awesome, very low carb option for dip or to have with cheese. The TGIFridays potato skins are also AMAZING.

  19. Isn’t it wonderful when they first see new things. Such smiles.

Where are the ads you’d like us to click on? Want to help out. Thanks again.

    • The ads are on the the actual blog post – not on the Facebook site. If you can’t see them, you probably have an ad blocker installed.

    • Yes, the wings need to be cooked dry otherwise they are quite oily.
We cooked them according to the instructions but needed more cooking time. Now they are yummy!

  20. Yes, I agree about pubty’s. I bought the salt and pepper ones. First time I had them they were decent but having hard time eating the rest as they aren’t very tasty. Perhaps they need to be cooked dry

  21. I appreciate your posts!! Pardon my ignorance but do you get compensated if your followers click on ads? If so, I would be willing to click on the ads to keep your posts going. Thank you for all your hard work!

  22. Awesome, thank you so much for doing this every week. I look forward to your posts before going to Costco. Checked out an ad for you, hope it helps.

  23. Just an FYI the Pinty’s Wings are not very good. I was craving wings on a non wing night so we went to costco and got the bag of Pinty’s wings. The wings are already sauced so they are super soft and fatty. The box ones at smaller stores has the sauce separate so the wing skin doesn’t obsorb and get all soft.

And of course they would go on sale a week after we bought them lol
