Kirkland Baby Wipes are on sale for this week only January 29 – February 4, 2018 one week later than predicted! I know a lot of people have been waiting for this sale. It seems to happen a couple of times a year.
There are lots of great items this week! I picked up some Fontaine Sante Roasted Garlic Hummus, Cheerios, Bounty Paper Towels, Liberte Organic Greek Yogurt, Alexia Foods Sweet Potato Fries, Hampton House Dry Garlic Ribs, Cretor’s Chicago Mix, The Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps, Advil 100mg Grape Chewable Tablets, and of course some Kirkland Signature Baby Wipes (even though the little one is all toilet trained as of the New Year!!!)
DIAPERS AND WIPES SALE UPDATE: For those of you keeping track – If we go by last year:
Kirkland Baby Wipes were on sale from January 23-29,
Huggies Wipes went on sale from January 30 – February 5.
Kirkland Formula (and Kirkland Baby Wipes) went on sale from February 27 – March 5.
Huggies Pull-ups went on sale from February 27 – March 12.
Huggies Diapers went on sale from March 6-12.
This is no means a guarantee of when things go on sale – it is just something to keep in mind when you are planning on purchasing your next set of diapers.
Where did you see the NFL football for $14.97? The Costco here in Calgary was charging $24.99. Would I get the difference back if I show the blog price and bring my receipt in?
Off topic question – but does anyone buy that huge sugar bag? If so how do you store/use it? I always drop sugar when I’m refilling my sugar bottles. Sorry silly question but need ideas
The large sugar bags are great for baking and storage. Store it in a 5 gallon food grade pail with a gamma seal lid (ie the kind you can easily screw on and off). Use a scoop and smaller container when needed. Sugar will last for a long time (years) in a dry cool location when the container is properly sealed
I actually found some air tight bins at Canadian Tire and use them for flour and sugar. You can also find similar things at pet stores for storing dog food.
If you go to somewhere that sells ice cream, they often buy or give away their huge pails when they are empty. That is what I use for sugar, flour and rice.

I’m planning to go gluten AND cow dairy free in February (recently diagnosed food sensitivities and doing an elimination diet). I’ll be grabbing the goat feta that’s on sale. Any other commenters have favourite gluten or dairy-free Costco items? I know this stuff is typically more expensive, so I’m hoping to save a bit by shopping at Costco. 🙂
There’s a gluten free frozen cheese pizza, 2 pack thin crust for $14.99. It’s really good, but has dairy. There’s a large paper bag of organic corn tortilla chips for about $6.
The Pinty’s chicken flings that are on sale are gluten free! They’re good, but can be a bit on the dry side. They are spicy though! Almond Flour is great for baking and is cheaper to buy in bulk at Costco regardless if it’s on sale typically 🙂 Good luck!

My daughter likes the Chicken Flings and they are on sale right now. There are lots of good crackers like the sweet potato or Bert ones, or Mary’s. There are also gluten free ramen noodles.

Tupperware has a large container that will fit a bag and seals air tight.

I cut a small hole one end and store a cup to scoop it out in the sugar. I store the whole bag in a large clear garbage bag.

The Vel bars are good, I also like the gluten free ramen noodles and there is also gluten free bread in the bakery, by the Silver Hill bread.

costco’s 2 pack gluten free bread is good and an excellent price. You can freeze it too.
