Costco West Sales Items for July 24-30 for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan

I hope everyone is having a fabulous summer! Like everyone else, I’m trying to make the most of it.
If you purchased the Roots Backpack in the last couple of weeks – it went on sale this week. If you bring your original receipt back to the returns desk they will price match it and give you $5.00 plus tax back! If you lost your receipt, return the backpack (for full price – no receipt necessary) and buy a new one at the sale price!
Some of the things I always buy when it is on sale are the Brookside Chocolate Variety Packs, The Wild Roots Coastal Berry Blend, Sesame Snaps and Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars
Thanks for doing this “public service”! It is the greatest thing ever! I live out of the city and don’t go to Costco all that often, but it’s such a time saver to go when the things on my “must have” list are on sale! Can’ thank you enough!!!
I was told that they no longer do price adjustments on food. I tried it last year and was told that. If it works, let us know because I used to do it all the time.
In my experience, Costco will price adjust within 14 days as unofficial policy. Most employees have the discretion to extend this period to 30 days. You will need to bring in your original receipt. It has been working for me for years.
Has anyone tried the potato salad? is it good? Do you recommend? About how many people does it serve? I’m thinking of purchasing for a backyard BBQ of 20 people, but not sure how many to buy.
Recently had a bbq with 35-40 people, bought two containers of potato salad and used 1-1/2. Very good potato salad and much easier than making homemade.

A warning about the flushable wipes… You can flush them, sure, but they may cause blockages in the pipes. Heck, I’ve lived in places where I couldn’t even use Charmin extra strong. So just beware.
Also, those joint supplements are HUGE pills. I couldn’t take them without gagging. The glucosamine liquid at Costco is a lot easier for me, YMMV.
At first looking at the minimal flyer I felt as though I should absquatulate. However, looking at the adscititious hidden sales I was quite pleased and decided to rescind.
Nonetheless, I have found that sometimes the turkey sausage can be a tad fuscous, but still piquant.
I also suggest against omophagy of the beef as it may result in queasiness.

The nutritional info is so very helpful.. appreciate the extra time you invest in turning all those items over.
Any idea on when the diaper genie refills and/or infant formula goes on sale during the year?
Call the store and give them the item # and they can check which locations have them. I wanted a specific item and they told me the closest Costco that had the item in their warehouse was Calgary – I live in Vancouver. It was a good thing I didn’t try to chase it down in my various locations!

I was wondering if anyone could snap a photo, if they happen to go in, there is a smaller sectional sofa I saw at my BC location and didn’t take a photo. It was a kind of beige fabric, three cushions with an ottoman that could move anywhere on the sofa and a long cushion that extended to cover it, wherever you placed it. Priced between $500-$600. My mother loved it but she’s visiting from out of province and we wanted to see if it’s available in Winnipeg, MB, but I didn’t remember to get the item number.

Does anyone know if Costco will do price adjustments? I just bought the pork jerky yesterday lol. Still unopened!
I believe they do Karen. I think it has to be if within a week or two from when the item goes on sale. Costco is so awesome!!!!
Yes they do, don’t even need to bring the item in. Just bring your receipt and they will refund the difference to you
30 days from date you bought item. Must have receipt. The item must still be in stock in the warehouse.
