West Costco Sales Items for Oct 3-9 for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan
There are quite few items that were help over from last week as well as many new sale items.
It is the sales week for all the beverages. Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7-UP, Pepsi Party Pack, Nestea, Mott’s Clamato, San Pellegrino (Large Bottles), Gatorade, and Gatorade G2, Perrier Rainbow Pack, Ocean Spray Juices and San Pellegrino Sparkling Fruit Beverages are all on sale this week!
Purex Premium Bathroom Tissue, Kleenex Tissues Paper, Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil and Lysol Disinfecting Wipes are held over from last week
Poppers Stuffed Jalepenos are on sale along with KozyShack Rice Pudding (Some guilty pleasures). Boursin Cheese (Cranberry Pepper and Garlic Herb) are both on sale this week.
Thinking ahead to Thanksgiving Dinner, I picked up some Villaggio Italian Style Bread to make stuffing this week. If you are feeling a little lazy the Red Lobster Biscuit Mix, Ghirardelly Chocolate Brownie Mix, and Honest Earth Mashed Potatoes are all on sale and can help make your dinner a little easier.
Sun Maid Raisins and Ocean Spray Craisins are both on sale for your holiday baking needs. The Harvest Meats Variety Packs are a great deal if you are looking for some salami / pepperoni. I like to keep a bag of Poppers Stuffed Jalapenos in the freezer because they are delicious 🙂
One of the cheapest items I have ever seen go on sale this week is the Strubs Homestylye Hot Pepper Jalepeno Mix Regular $4.69 – $2.00 = $2.69. This must be close to the lowest priced item I have seen at Costco in a while, although I have no idea what I would do with 2L of Hot Peppers. Maybe I can get a box to spice up a work BBQ or something.
One thing to keep in mind when reading this blog is that sales items in the meat and produce section are store dependent – the manager sets the sales for these items. For that reason, the chicken sales that you see this week (and last) may not be available at your store. Also, any items on the blog that end in ‘.97’ means the item is on a clearance. These ‘.97’ items are also store dependent. If you are interested in one of these products you can check with customer service to see if any of the items is available at a nearby store! If you purchased the product previously and it has gone on sale, if you bring in the original receipt and you have purchased the product withing 30 days (or longer, depending on the employee), Costco will refund you the difference!
Happy Shopping!
Check out my post about Five ways to Save Money at Costco!!!
Use these posts to make the best use of your Costco Card! I have done all the hard work for you and have a weekly listings of all the Costco Sales Items and flyers. Costco does not publish these Costco sales items; the only way to find out what is on sale is to walk the whole store! Come back every Monday to find out what is on sale for the week. The sales may vary slightly by store, but are generally pretty consistent between Western Canada. If there is something you really want, please make sure to double check the expiry date as some of the Costco sales items have been known to end mid-week.

Thank you, nice read.
Thanks much for putting this together for everyone. I rely on it! Happy Thanksgiving!
I shop only for myself so my cart is never very full but I have never had a problem with the long line-ups at check-out. I find their cashiers are very efficient and put through the long lines in no time.
Thanks for posting this !!
Prices and sale item are different here in Sask
Thank you so much! I always hated not knowing the sales ahead of time and I didn’t want to drive 30 minutes to go to Costco just to see what’s on sale each week. I really appreciate it and now can’t wait each Monday to see the sales!
$1 off for batteries? This is exactly why Costco Canada is significantly inferior to Costco USA. Most of the sales in Canada are typically meh at best
Typically they go on for $4 of, not sure why they only doing $1 this time
I tried to contact Costco headquarters about sabotaging your old site. Haven’t heard a peep from them. Pretty crappy thing they did.
You seriously need to do something better with your time. You’re never were the owner of the old site.
I did not know Canadian Costco carries Kerry Gold. It would be nice to see their grass-fed butter make its way here.
They used to sell the butter here, too. Now we need to go to the US for Kerrygold butter.
Costco should be paying you. I check your site every week and go to Costco way more often now than I used to!
Thanks again!!
Simply LOVE your site. When a person can see the actual products on display it helps to know what you want and what to target when you go in to Costco. Thank you once again for doing this!
Thank you again, appreciate this weekly listing
Thanks for your hard work here! I love this site. I use it all the time. I don’t go very often to Costco, but now that I am using your site I go more often than not!
Thanks so much for all your work! Lots of good stuff this week though I’m going to pretend the Ghiradelli brownie mix is not on sale. lol
Thanks as always! Was there no Lutein at your location?
Thank you so much, I appreciate all the work you do!!
Hi,
Thank you for your hard work, really appreciated
Once again thank you
Thanks!
I went to the Langley store today, parked in far end of the lot, walked in… looked at the people and lines, walked out 2 minutes later…
I’ve asked Costco more than once for an Express line with no result so far. Maybe they think they influence people to spend more by not having one but, in my case at least, they’ve lost money over the years by not having one. I’m not an impulse buyer, I know what I want before I go, so maybe I’m not their target customer but I’m sure I’m not alone in that.
Checkout lines are my one major disincentive to shopping at Costco.
I like how in the states some costcos have a self checkout for this purpose.. sigh, we can only dream.
Many locations in the USA have gotten rid of self checkout.
They had express checkout in Red Deer and it worked great, then one day I walked in and it was gone……
Thanks. Much appreciated!
Just curious, is the parchment paper on sale? Or is that the regular price? TIA:)
I am not 100% sure if the parchment paper is marked down or regular price, but I may have paid around the same price. That is a good price for 50 m X 2 =100 meters, though.
Thanks this is a helpful site! I clicked on some ads for you as always.
