This is not a Costco product, but if you are like me you probably have a bag of flour in your pantry for casual baking. This recall is for the 10kg BAGS OF ROBIN HOOD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
It was recently reported by the CBC that 25 people have been sickened by this product.
Lot codes containing BB/MA 2018 AL 17 and 6 291 548. Only product with a best before date of April 17, 2018 (2018 AL 17) and the production code 6 291 548 is being recalled.
Smucker Foods of Canada Corp. is recalling Robin Hood brand All Purpose Flour, Original from the marketplace due to possible E. coli O121 contamination. Consumers should not consume the recalled product described below.

Check to see if you have recalled products in your home. Recalled products should be thrown out or returned to the store where they were purchased.
Food contaminated with E. coli O121 may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, mild to severe abdominal cramps and watery to bloody diarrhea. In severe cases of illness, some people may have seizures or strokes, need blood transfusions and kidney dialysis or live with permanent kidney damage. In severe cases of illness, people may die.

Question> are you saying that this product was not sold by Costco? I always store my flour in a dry bin and don’t have the bag anymore to look at the expiry date or lot code. I bought my last 10 lb bag at Costco but I don’t remember even if it was Robin Hood.
Hi, Costco does not sell Robin Hood brand flour. You should be safe.
