When I was at Costco last I saw this Food Trk Fusion Gochujang Unchained Glaze Sauce so I picked it up to try and want to review it today! The packaging made it look really fun and unique!
Cost
I paid $8.99 for the 790 ml bottle of sauce.
Convenience
This made a really convenient stir-fry sauce! The glaze comes in an easy squeeze bottle and the best before date is over a year from the date we purchased it.
Nutrition
Two tablespoons of glaze is 30 calories, zero grams of fat, seven grams of carbohydrates, six grams of sugar, zero grams of protein and 340 mg of sodium. The ingredients list is pretty long but has typical ingredients I’d expect to see.
Taste
This glaze is delicious! My husband really enjoyed it. It’s savory, sweet and has a slight bit of heat. It’s definitely complex and full of different flavors, even a little hard to describe! I used it to make a stir-fry and it was really delicious with a bit of heat & sweet. You could also use this on chicken wings or as a marinade or for a dipping, stir-fry or even taco sauce.
I would definitely buy this Gochujang glaze again! It was so flavorful and there’s a variety of ways to use it!

Love, LOVE this sauce! I’ve used it on spare ribs, pork chops and most recently, and by far my favorite … chicken wings. Just take your basic chicken wings and cook them (BBQ, air fryer, deep fryer, oven). Then toss them in this sauce. Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on them and then put them in the oven for about 15 minutes (just long enough to heat up the sauce and meld the flavours). And just like that — you’re serving PF Chang’s amazing chicken wings!
It is pure sugar and high in sodium … this is worth of 3 nutrition points?
