Last week on Costcuisine I reviewed the Costco Summ! Sesame Ginger Chicken Gyoza Dumplings, Costco No Sugar Company Keto Scream Barz, Costco Marie Morin Crème Brulee and the Costco Cuisine Adventures French Onion Soup.

Today I’m reviewing the Costco Culinary Treasures Jalapeno Lime Aioli.
I’ve reviewed the Costco Culinary Treasures Chipotle Aioli and the Costco Culinary Treasures Roasted Garlic & Chili Aioli.
I paid $8.99 Canadian for the two-pack. Each bottle is 750 milliliters.
The aioli has a best before date of nine months from the date I purchased it. It needs to be kept refrigerated after opening. You can use this aioli in a variety of ways. On sandwiches / burgers or as a dipping sauce for fries, vegetables, wings or even chicken fingers!
One tablespoon of jalapeno lime aioli is 100 calories, 10 grams of fat, one gram of carbohydrates, zero grams of fibre, sugar and protein and 90 mg of sodium. 100 calories for one tablespoon is a lot, especially because I can eat a whole ton of this but the taste makes it worth the calories in my opinion. The ingredients list is pretty straight forward and short. The Calcium disodium EDTA is a food additive.
I’m obsessed with this aioli! I decided to try it with sweet potato fries and wasn’t planning on finishing the whole plate, only have a few but I polished off the plate in seconds. I don’t like really hot or spicy foods but I really like this! It has just a slight hint of heat that comes through moments after you take your first bite. The lime flavor is really mild, I couldn’t really taste the lime at all to be honest so I would say this is more like a jalapeno aioli than jalapeno lime aioli. The hint of heat is the main flavor on top of the delicious creamy, cooling basic garlic aioli flavor. It’s not too salty and doesn’t taste very sweet. It’s just really addictive and delicious!

I am getting frustrated. I have to ask, when you do these reviews are they done in a different Province? For instance when you reviewed the Famiglia Bread, I was reading all the info on it about the carbs etc and it was really good so I went to buy it as the reviews were great but guess what……not available anywhere in BC. Apparently it is made in Alberta…..the same type of bread in BC Costco stores (not the same manufacturer) the numbers are not near as good……then this week after reading the review on the Jalepeno Lime Aioli I thought ummmm, that sounds good…..went to buy it today and it is no longer available at Costco’s in BC……so I wonder, does anyone look to make sure items are even still available before they do a blog on them or is there someway in the write up on it you could write this product not available in BC or this product only available in Prairie Provinces etc…..Is that an option? Thanks very much.
