Grape soda is something I haven’t had in a long time but I used to like it, so I picked up this Cove Soda case at Costco recently.
The case has 15 cans in it and I paid $15.99 for it. That’s not cheap! You’re definitely paying for the probiotics, this isn’t a cheap case of pop!
The best before date is about 10 months from when we purchased it. There are three flavors in the box, lemon-lime, grape and orange. They’re zero sugar so if you’re watching your sugar intake they’re a great option.
One can has zero calories, zero grams of fat, eight grams of carbohydrates, eight grams of erythritol, zero grams of sugar, fibre and protein and 70 milligrams of sodium. The sweetener is erythritol and stevia. I find it interesting that there is himalayan salt and butterfly pea tea listed as ingredient and I like that there is 1 billion CFU probiotics per serving.
These are okay. They’re not the best tasting and I probably wouldn’t buy them again. They main taste I get when drinking these is the artificial sweetener. Grape tastes like grape soda, it has that artificial grape flavor. Orange doesn’t have much flavor at all, just sweetness and lemon lime has that familiar lemon lime flavor you find in Sprite or 7 Up with the artificial sweetener flavor as well.

I have seen these at numerous stores for $3.50 a can! It is definitely cheaper at Costco. I really like these and only let myself buy them on sale so I don’t drink them so much.
