Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Hanwoomul Shrimp Fried Rice, Costco Chef Hak’s Spaghetti Squash Marinara and all of the different frozen Costco Kirkland Signature Burgers.

I love having small bags of cookies in the house for when I want a sweet treat because it saves me opening and potentially wasting a big box of cookies if I don’t eat them before they go stale and for some reason bite sized cookies just seem to taste better to me compared to the larger sized ones! I picked up this box of Leclerc Double Chocolate The Mini Cookie Factory Cookies at Costco for $12.49 Canadian and that includes 30 small bags of cookies.
Each packet has about nine cookies in it but some were broken. The best before date is about ten months from when I purchased them. I think these would be perfect for kids lunches or to hand out at event with kids.
One packet of cookies has 130 calories, six grams of fat, 17 grams of carbohydrates, one gram of fibre, nine grams of sugar, one gram of protein and 100 milligrams of sodium. The ingredients list is pretty typical for a packaged, crispy cookie. The cookies contain wheat, soy and milk and may contain eggs.
I like these cookies but I don’t absolutely love them, they’re very crunchy and crumbly which is pretty normal for a packaged cookie like this. They have a nice chocolaty flavor and are pretty tasty. The flavor of the cookies kind of reminds me of a brownie but they’re not super flavorful. If you’re looking for a packaged cookie to give out at an event, or pack in your kids lunches, they’re pretty good.
