This weekend I’m reviewing these Upper Crust Bakery Birthday Cake Bites. I saw them on my most recent trip to Costco. They looked like a yummy sweet treat! The container comes 24 bites and costs $12.99 Canadian.
The best before date is two weeks from when I bought them but you can easily pop these in the freezer in the container they come in. Kids will love these for dessert or a snack and adults might enjoy them too. My toddler had one and absolutely loved it.
There are 260 calories, 11 grams of fat, 40 grams of carbohydrates, zero grams of fiber, 28 grams of sugar, two grams of protein and 170 milligrams of sodium. The bites don’t have any peanuts listed in the ingredients but it says they may contain tree nuts.
The birthday cake flavor isn’t as strong as I thought it would be. They’re sweet and nice and moist. If you like confetti cake mix cake, you’ll definitely like these. The icing is just a sweet vanilla icing and there’s not a ton of it but there’s enough. I definitely feel like these are more geared towards kids but as an adult I still liked them!
