Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Fried Rice Takeout Dinner and the Costco Kirkland Signature Mini Filled Muffins.

Today I’m reviewing the Cooper Street Snacks Twice Baked Cherry White Chip Cookies. My toddler liked the Cooper Street Granola Bakes so much that I picked up these cookies to try. The 567 gram costs $9.99 Canadian at Costco.
The best before date is about 11 months from when I purchased them and the bag seals after opening it. The cookies are small and tree nut/peanut free so they’re school safe.
Four cookies contains 110 calories, four grams of fat, 18 grams of carbohydrates, zero grams of fibre, 10 grams of sugar, two grams of protein and 15 milligrams of sodium.
The ingredients list isn’t full of healthy ingredients, but there are real cherries and cranberries in the cookies. The cookies contain barley, egg and wheat and may contain milk, soy and tree nuts.
The cookies are quite nice! They remind me of biscotti or a hard shortbread. They’re sweet but not too sweet and are pretty crunchy and flavorful. Because they’re a bit hard kids might find them a bit difficult to eat bite but they’d be easy to eat if they’re dunked in milk, coffee or tea. The cherry flavor is quite noticeable and pretty tasty throughout the cookie. You get a ton of fruity flavor if you have a bite with dried cranberries or cherries. The white chips aren’t too noticeable but add a bit of sweetness. I have zero complaints about these small biscotti looking cookies!
