Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Nonni’s Gingerbread Biscotti Bites and the Kirkland Signature Mini Filled Donuts.

I spotted this new dip at Costco and wanted to try it because I really like the Good Foods Plant Based Queso Dip by the same company. The dip costs $14.49 Canadian at Costco.
The best before date is just around a month from when I purchased it and the dip needs to be kept refrigerated. It can served cold or warmed up. This pairs really well with the Kirkland Signature Corn Chip Dippers or you could also serve it with mini naan.

I like this dip but it’s definitely spicy! The creamy base (cream cheese and sour cream) helps cool the heat but it’s still spicy. There are some chunks of jalapenos and onions and chilis in the dip and little bits of bacon. The bacon flavor isn’t strong, it’s subtle but still noticeable. It’s very flavorful and has real shredded cheese in it. Overall, I like it but caution those who don’t enjoy spicy foods.
