I’ve bought and enjoy a bunch of innofoods like the coconut clusters and the keto granola so I decided to pick up these new blueberry clusters. I paid $12.99 for the bag that comes with 12 pouches of clusters.
Since the clusters come in small little packs they’re really easy to pack in a lunch bag, office desk, purse or backpack. They’re good on their own but you could also add them to some plain Greek yogurt or oatmeal. The expiry date is about nine months from when I purchased it.
There are 220 calories, 14 grams of fat, 19 grams of carbohydrates, four grams of fibre, 11 grams of sugar, six grams of protein and 120 milligrams of sodium in one pack of clusters. The clusters are gluten-free and contain milk and almonds.
It’s hard to stop eating these clusters, they’re really good! They’re definitely on the sweet side and a very sugary tasting snack. The coconut goes really well with the white chocolate coating. The blueberry flavor is definitely noticeable and quite strong. I like that the texture is crunchy but not hard. The biggest negative about these is that they bags only have a few large clusters and lots of tiny pieces.
