Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Ajinomoto Ling Ling Potstickers, Costco Yummy Dino Buddies Chicken Nuggets and the Costco La Boulangere Salted Caramel Muffin Bites.

I wanted to try these frozen veggies when I saw the variety of vegetables in the bag and that they’re made with avocado oil.
I paid $15.99 Canadian for the one-and-a-half-kilogram bag.
These are great as a side for fish, chicken or beef. You could also use them in a pasta dish or casserole. The expiry date is about a year from when we purchased them. There are instructions on the bag for heating the veggies using a microwave, air fryer or in a pan on the stovetop.
A 2/3 cup serving has 180 milligrams of sodium, one gram of protein, two grams of sugar, two grams of fibre, six grams of carbohydrates, two grams of fat and 40 calories. I love how simple and healthy the ingredients list is, it’s basically just veggies, oil and some seasonings.
Overall I enjoy this! It’s so convenient. The veggies are a bit mushy, especially the peppers but they’re still good. These aren’t heavily seasoned so you can add extra seasoning if you like but they’re seasoned enough that you don’t need to add anything. Some people may find there’s a bit too much oil but don’t mind oil when it’s healthy oil like avocado oil!
