There were fewer items on sale this week, but I still somehow managed to spend a couple hundred dollars. I guess that is the way Costco seems to work!
I picked up some Scott’s Grass Seed since it was on sale this week. Miracle Grow Shake ‘N Feed is also on sale. I took some prices for some of the new seasonal items that were of interest to me. If they do not show a discount on the price tag, they are regular price, but many of these items are a good value compared to your local gardening supply store.
This is the last week that LED lights will be on sale in BC so if you were thinking about upgrading, this is the time! Remember, you can always return what you don’t use or like.
Other notable sales include Twinning’s Earl Grey Tea Bags, Simply Natural Organic BBQ Sauce, Ritz Crackers, Give & Go Two Bite Cinnamon Rolls (Yum), Home Goodness Organic Beef Broth, Culinary Treasures Chipotle Aioli Sauce (which would go great with the Sweet Potato Fries)
Use these posts to make the best use of your Costco Card! I have done all the hard work for you and have a weekly listings of all the Costco Sales Items and flyers. Costco does not publish these Costco sales items; the only way to find out what is on sale is to walk the whole store! Come back every Monday to find out what is on sale for the week. The sales may vary slightly by store, but are generally pretty consistent between Western Canada. If there is something you really want, please make sure to double check the expiry date as some of the Costco sales items have been known to end mid-week.

Organic BBQ sauce is spicy, very spicy! Lots are buying for the family including kids, but nothing on the label say “zesty, spicy, hot” whatever. It’s the seeds in there that sneak up on you.
Maybe it’s just me but this seems to be a very dull week with toothbrushes and soaps and sweets. Even the handout was sparse with only a few so-so items.
Thanks for including the nutritional information from the back of the packages. It helps me determine before I’m at Costco if I should buy the product with a lot less temptation!
I am a retired single woman helping my daughter & 4 grandchildren survive. You Monday trips to Costco save me money & it helps me feed them good quality food. Thank you so much.
Did you by any chance saw discount on Omron blood pressure equipment. Online there is discount and typically it also have in store at the same time. Usually store is cheaper.
Hi there! Thanks for visiting my blog! I maybe wrong, but I don’t think I have ever seen blood pressure equipment in the stores I have visited. The product you are looking for might be sold exclusively from their online store.
They typically carry the Omron BPM near the Pharmacy, at my local Costco (Saskatoon), usually they are next to the Kirkland 3-pk gloves. However, I would ask the pharmacist or pharmacy technician if they carry it at your store.
From time to time, they may even have a pallet drop of them around the pharmacy, though, it is very rare.
Just an FYI that the cloudraker lights aren’t on sale in AB. Thanks for the post!

It’s because they have executive membership coupons running right now.

Thanks both of you. I have seen it near pharmacy area in most GVR stores. I will go and check.
I got my Ormon BP monitor at Costco, paid about $55 in Alberta.
Thanks.
