West Costco Sales Items for June 6-12 for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan
Thank you everyone for the good wishes last week. We all had a great time exploring and visiting New York! Unfortunately the lack of sleep from traveling with a 7 month old baby took its toll on me and I ended up with a pretty bad cough. I’m still getting over it so I will skip the commentary this week again. Hopefully I’ll be back up and running next week!
Happy Shopping!
EDIT: I had to go back to Costco to pick up a couple of things that I missed on Monday. I saw 3 more items on sale that I missed on my first visit. I have added them to the bottom of this post.
Use these posts to make the best use of your Costco Card! I have done all the hard work for you and have a weekly listings of all the Costco Sales Items and flyers. Costco does not publish these Costco sales items; the only way to find out what is on sale is to walk the whole store! Come back every Monday to find out what is on sale for the week. The sales may vary slightly by store, but are generally pretty consistent between Western Canada. If there is something you really want, please make sure to double check the expiry date as some of the Costco sales items have been known to end mid-week.

Thanks Yvonne, I have added the picture to my post! If anyone else sees sale items that are missing you can E-mail me the picture or post it in the comments section. I will add the picture as soon as I can.
I was at the CrossIron Costco last night and they had High Liner Fish Strips Zesty Lime with a hint of Chili 1.25 kg box (27 or more breaded Basa Strips) for $9.99 regular $14.99. I’ve never noticed this product before and they recommend using it for fish tacos. Will try that tonight.
This site is great. I’m always on the look out for denta Stix and bones on sale for my dog. Sadly the bones have been on the no sale list for a few months now lol.
And the protein bars on sale this week are really good, it’s my first time trying them.
Keep up the good work ?
Which protein bars are you referring to? Premier Protein/Detour/Smart for Life?
Does anyone have any feedback with regards to the ingredient list comparison between the three, as well as other protein bars from Costco – ie. Clif Protein bars, as well as ElevateMe?
Can only speak on the ElevateMe bars – it’s date-based and you can easily read all the ingredients. Costco has the best price on these bars, but since it’s a variety pack, I’m not a big fan of the flavours in the pack. If you’re interested in trialling them, I’d suggest when London Drugs has a sale it’d be a good opportunity to buy – ~$2/bar. All Fruit and Matcha are pretty good taste-wise for a protein/energy bar.
Thanks for your time and efforts, as I do shop by visuals LOL. I use this site and the one on RFD. I purchased (@ Willingdon Costco) Richards brand folding step ladder for $33.99 (Aluminum, 2 step – no wood, lightweight and seems pretty sturdy) and a box of 30 all occasion cards for $9.97.
I was a little disappointed that a couple of the items were not the same at my costco in Edmonton such as the swirl razor, picnic table, and sand toy . Usually this is bang on. Maybe things vary province to privnice? Anyways 3 out of the many items I was interested in is not too bad. I follow this blog religiously. Thank you for posting!
I was wondering about the salmon burgers. Are they overly ‘fishy’ tasting and do they have a ‘dirty’ taste? I have not purchased these from Costco but other brands from other stores and have since stayed away from the frozen salmon (fish) burgers.
Can we add a list option to this site? By the time I got to the bottom I had about 10 things, but now I have to go get a pen and do it all again. Just an idea! =o)
This is my first website ever. I will look into this request and see if there is an easy WordPress plugin that will allow this feature. If anyone knows of a good way for this to be done, please let me know!
I bought draw string garbage bags before they went on sale. I still have my receipt so I can take it to Costco and they will refund the difference.. I have done this a lot in the past. I watch the prices to see if something I bought goes on sale. As long as it is still on sale when I go in, I can get the price difference. Worked really great when the guitar went on sale for $50 off around Christmas.
Hey Marnie – Is there a timeframe for this? Would it have to be in the 90 days to match their return policy? This is good to know! I buy things and literally the next week they go on sale 🙁
The 90 days works. Sometimes I take in receipts that are older. They commented that they don’t usually do returns/credits that old, but did it for me anyway. Doesn’t hurt to try if you have your receipt :o)
I went to Costco this morning, forgetting to wait for your post. I’m kicking myself now – I go with three kids so I’m often in get-in-get-out mode and don’t always have time to go up each aisle checking if my usuals are on sale! Thanks for doing what you do, it helps me a ton.
Just an FYI to all. The Premier 30 gram Protein bars are really sweet. The other brand Costco carries (not on sale this week but was on sale several weeks ago only has 17 grams of carbs.
Re: Salmon Burgers….. they are realllllly good.
Here’s something else you missed. Please save and repost if you wish as I have it in my google drive temporarily.

The salmon burgers are excellent!!
anyone tried the salon burgers before?
The Salmon burgers are really good. Even my picky eater kid likes it. 🙂

Not overly fishy. Quite tasty.

Just buy the one on sale, and return the one you just bought with your old receipt.
Thanks for doing this. I base my trips to Costco on this blog 😉
