Recall Notice: Tuffy Infant Sleepers size 18-mth & 24-mth

If you purchased the Costco Tuffy infant sleepers size 18mth & 24mth it may have been recalled if you purchased within the last year.  The voluntary recall is due to a failure in wrist dimension and may present a risk of loose edges that can contact an ignition source.

Check the product/item number on the C&O Apparel website.

No reports of injuries against this sleeper have been received in Canada.

To prevent potential risk from happening, a full refund will be offered at all Costco Wholesales.
