Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Kirkland Signature Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Bake, Costco Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Pie and Costco Kirkland Signature Carrot Cake.

In Hawaii they have a delicious juice known as POG that has passion fruit, orange and guava combined. It’s one of my favorite kinds of juice so I had to pick this bag of cookies up at Costco. I got the bag of cookies on sale for $11.99 Canadian which isn’t too bad!
The bag is resealable and the expiry date is about 9 months from when I purchased the cookies. These are perfect for a sweet snack or dessert. These are small cookies so they’re perfect if you just want a small, sweet treat.
In five cookies there are 120 calories, seven grams of fat, 14 grams of carbohydrates, zero grams of fibre, five grams of sugar, one gram of protein and 105 milligrams of sodium. The ingredients list is pretty short and and I really like that these shortbread cookies have butter.
These cookies are really nice tasting. The passion, orange, guava is noticeable but not overly sweet. The main flavor I taste is the orange and it’s a bit artificial tasting but it doesn’t bother me. It’s a unique shortbread flavor that’s buttery and fruity at the same time. The texture of the cookies is crisp and crumbly and just kind of melts in your mouth.
