Costco West Sales Items for Oct 23-29 for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan
Hi Everyone!
Thanks for your patience everyone! In the future, I will be posting around this time on Mondays. I have had a couple family commitments that have popped up on Mondays. I’m just letting you know because I got quite a few messages this evening about when the post was up! I promise if for some reason I am not able to post, I will let you all know on my Facebook Page.
There are lots of great unadvertised items at Costco this week!
Last year our house gave away Welch’s Fruit Snacks and they were a hit! Load up on all your Iphone apps with a $100 Itunes card for $79.99. Get a FoodSaver Vacuum Sealing System so you can package up some of the giant two-pack roasts at Costco! Why not pick up a clearance priced propane tank as well? All my friends sweat by the Grimm’s Yours Naturally Turkey Pepperoni. Pick up some Kleenex and Apple Juice to prepare for those winter colds. I like having some Alexia Foods Sweet Potato Fries for an easy snack. I grabbed some Catelli Spaghetti and thought about getting some Cheez Whiz (I didn’t).
*** One thing to keep in mind when reading this blog is that sales items in the meat and produce section are store dependent – the manager sets the sales for these items. For that reason, the chicken sales that you see this week (and last) may not be available at your store. Also, any items on the blog that end in ‘.97’ means the item is on a clearance. These ‘.97’ items are also store dependent. If you are interested in one of these products you can check with customer service to see if any of the items is available at a nearby store! If you purchased the product previously and it has gone on sale, if you bring in the original receipt and you have purchased the product withing 30 days (or longer, depending on the employee), Costco will refund you the difference!
Use these posts to make the best use of your Costco Card! I have done all the hard work for you and have a weekly listings of all the Costco Sales Items and flyers. Costco does not publish these Costco sales items; the only way to find out what is on sale is to walk the whole store! Come back every Monday to find out what is on sale for the week. The sales may vary slightly by store, but are generally pretty consistent between Western Canada. If there is something you really want, please make sure to double check the expiry date as some of the Costco sales items have been known to end mid-week.

Just out of curiosity, is cheese whiz being carried at any Costcos? I have had people check 5 stores for me because of this great price and not one has had it.
Hi, I asked last week if you have a counter part in Arizona that does what you do. How do you respond, on the above comments or do you send me an email directly
Hi Alan, I wrote the blog owner an email and he responded to me that way. I think he’s quite busy so might not see your comment. Here is the link: https://cocowest.ca/contact/
I really like all the products that you show that are on sale but not included in the weekly flyer. Apparently the Kelowna Costco carries a different packaging for the Vitamin D 1000IU. Same item # of 2941400 but instead of one bottle containing 700 tablets the package has 2X375 tablets for a price of $12.89.
I finally tried the baked in store quiche and LOVED it! I decided to buy one last week and found out the Abbotsford Costco has stopped selling them. 🙁 I meant to fill out a suggestion card, requesting they resume selling them, but forgot when I left. Next time! Anyone else missing them?
I love your blog. Thank you for all your work on it!
My friends and I don’t sweat by the turkey pepperoni – it’s not THAT spicy! 😉 (Sorry, couldn’t help myself, spotted a typo and had to admire the pun value!) We sure do enjoy it around the office for an afternoon snack. Clicked on some ads as always. Thanks, and keep up the great work.
I tried the bacon-chesse pull apart that you showed in your blog last week. They look delicious but neither my wife or I liked them. Don’t know what the sauce is they put on but didn’t appeal to our tastes.
You are the second person to complain about this product. If I were you I would take the box and return it for a refund to the store. They use this feedback to decide what products to bring back – and you can get your money back.
You should fill out the comment/suggestion card near the exit wall when you leave the store….they will answer you back at a later date, if enough people have the same queries
I’m sure they will make that effort!
Hi,
Good morning. Thank you for your hard work. I went to Costco yesterday to get
milk and did not see so many things on sale. I will go again on this coming Friday.
Thanks for the great info. Living an hour away from Costco, it’s nice to know in advance if it’s worth making the trip and make sure we add the sale items to our list!
I always get mine done at the Propane Depot (http://propanedepot.ca/). They charge by litre, and not a flat rate, so if you still have some in your tank, you don’t get nailed for a full till like gas stations do.
I don’t remember the exact amount, but like $14 rings a bell for a tank that is completely empty.
Can you publish when you see Boom chicks puffs in store. I see the popcorn all the time but rarely the cheese puffs. I will rush in a buy a few bags. Lexa not all Costco’ fill propane.
Thank you so much for your hard work!
I always wait for your posting. Without your posting, I miss so many good sale items.
I clicked all the ad for you!
Great work as always. No worries about posting late. I always wait until at least Tuesday before going to Costco. Let’s all get busy clicking on ads to support this awesome site!
Regina, Sk does not have the Cheez Whiz this week either. Occassionally there seems to be items on sale that don’t make it out here.
LOVE your blog by the way!!!

At the Richmond BC Costco today, I spotted two more specials:
Bagel Bites (72 count) $9.99 – $2.10 = $7.89
Munchies Mix $6.89 – $2.00 = $4.89
I went into the Costco in Winnipeg Manitoba and they didn’t even carry the Cheese whiz.. Wondering if it’s actually on sale..

Thank you for doing all this … my husband I and always read this before going to Costco each week. Checking out some ads now.
Oops ….typing too fast (liking)
Their return policy rocks! Never been denied , even on food items that don’t taste to our licking!

Anyone else wish that Costco would stock Stacey’s Pita Chips year round, and not just as a seasonal item?

I follow this every week, Thanks so much!

Thank you again You are doing us the favour so it is on your time schedule.
Yes you can fill propane tank at Costco. It is usually around $10 a fill.
Where the cheapest to fill a 20 lb propane tank in Vancouver? Been paying $17 at SuperStore!

I have been looking for those too! Hope they’re back soon
Anyone know if you can fill the propane tank at Costco gas station? Thanks
At the Regent location, the propane filling station is across from the tire centre garage doors, not at the gas bar.
Yes, you can at some Costco’s. For Bc the one in Abbotsford does.
Thank you so much for your hard work!

Ha, I saw the fig bars listed exactly one year ago and I was hoping they would turn up again this week, and they did. Happy happy!
