West Costco Sales Items for Sept 5-11, for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan

Thanks for your patience everyone!  It has been a busy week for me and I appreciate all the nice messages people have sent me.  I do work a full time job.  Sharing good deals has always been a passion of mine and I look forward to sharing the Costco Deals with you all every week!

It seems like if you have the means, it would be a good week to upgrade to a 75 inch television!  There is a Sandisk 128Gb USB drive for sale this week for $29.99 after a $7.40 discount.  There are also full Sealy mattress sets for sale this week.

SunRype Apple Juice, Vello Fresh Mozzarella, Laughing Cow Cheese, Cascade Dish Detergent, Dawn Liquid Soap, Bounce Dryer Sheets, Scotties Tissues, Charmin Bathroom Tissue, Alcan Aluminum foil, Good Earth Kitchen Organic Waste Bags, Coffee Mate, Tetley Tea, Heinz Brown Beans, Post Raisin Bran, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Mini Ritz Bits Sandwiches, Stoned Wheat Thins, Munches, Cheerios, Liberte Greek Yogourt, Amys Soups and Garofalo Organic Pasta are things that I purchase regularly at Costco

As always there were lots of items again this week – many of them not on the flyer!!!!  There are LOTS of clearance items – these are denoted by the ‘.97’ ending on the price and vary by location.  To check if a store still has stock you can ask an employee to check on their computer to see what stores may still have stock.

One thing to keep in mind when reading this blog is that sales items in the meat and produce section are store dependent – the manager sets the sales for these items.  For that reason, the chicken sales that you see this week (and last) may not be available at your store.  Also, any items on the blog that end in ‘.97’ means the item is on a clearance.  These ‘.97’ items are also store dependent.  If you are interested in one of these products you can check with customer service to see if any of the items is available at a nearby store!  If you purchased the product previously and it has gone on sale, if you bring in the original receipt and you have purchased the product withing 30 days (or longer, depending on the employee), Costco will refund you the difference!

Happy Shopping!

Check out my post about Five ways to Save Money at Costco!!!

Use these posts to make the best use of your Costco Card! I have done all the hard work for you and have a weekly listings of all the Costco Sales Items and flyers. Costco does not publish these Costco sales items; the only way to find out what is on sale is to walk the whole store! Come back every Monday to find out what is on sale for the week. The sales may vary slightly by store, but are generally pretty consistent between Western Canada. If there is something you really want, please make sure to double check the expiry date as some of the Costco sales items have been known to end mid-week.

  1. Thanks, I figured out the double click and knew about the image view options, in fact I have the FF Image Zoom addon too so I’m fairly well supplied for viewing the actual image but it’s still a few clicks more cumbersome than the old blog which used to be click on image and then hit the Esc key to go back. This system is workable but a bit less convenient as I tend to zoom most images for detail. Still, it’s better than having to cruise the aisles every week so I shouldn’t complain too much I guess, I was just wondering why the change in system.

  2. Has anyone tried those precooked chicken breasts? They could be useful on days where we have very little time but would still like to fit in a healthy meal.

I’ve found meat quality can be hit-or-miss depending on brand, so I’d like to know if these are of good quality or not before buying a pack.

  3. I just started following your site last week. I went to Costco yesterday and missed so much of what you have on here. So today, I am going back to stock up on a couple of the items you have posted. Costco should be giving you a commission. Thank you for photographing both the front and ingredients of each item. I am Celiac and this helps so much.

  4. On the old blog I used to be able to click on the image and it would enlarge to full screen, very useful to read the small print on expiry dates and ingredients. That doesn’t work on the new blog. Is it a change in your setup?

    • You just have to click it twice. The first time you click on the photo it will bring you to another page with a smaller size photo. Click on it again and it will be a full page photo just like before.

      • Also, depending on which web browser you use, you might be able to right-click the image and open the larger version in a new window.

Chrome: Open Image in New Tab
        Firefox: View Image

    • I got some and found them to work very well. I used them regularly for about 6 months up until I bought a new pair of shoes with built-in memory foam.

I still wear those older shoes occasionally and the insoles still seem fine going on 2 years.

A lot of it will depend on your feet, weight and shoes though, so YMMV. My father tried them and returned them because he found they didn’t help. It does have a warranty and Costco’s return policy behind it though.

    • Yes, but at Costco the manufacturer’s warranty is doubled. We bought a Costco TV (in the US no less), which had the video card go at 20 months. Costco concierge was awesome and had arranged to have the TV repaired directly with the repair company. This saved us about $1000 on a new TV. We will buy all future TVs at Costco as a result. (and next time buy the extended warranty as well)

  5. You held the organic pasta coupon over the chia seeds. lol. Are the chia seeds on sale?

Thanks for doing this every week, I always look forward to your posts!!
