Fontaine Sante Boursin Caramelized Onion Dip Review

Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Rana Mushroom Ravioli & Wagyu Beef Sauce along with the Costco Kirkland Signature Cranberry Walnut Loaf.

If you like my reviews for Costco food products, the best thing is that you can follow me on Instagram or Facebook and tell your friends about my blog Costcuisine, where I review new Costco food products each week! You can also check out my YouTube channel, where I do video reviews.

I recently came across this new Fontaine Sante Boursin Caramelized Onion Dip and wanted to give it a try since I really enjoy Boursin. The dip comes in a two pack and each container of dip is 400 milligrams. I paid $11.99 for the two pack.

The dip has a best before date that’s only about two weeks from when I purchased it and it needs to be kept refrigerated. This would be great with tortilla chips, mini naan, crackers or raw veggies! My four year old tried it and thought it was tasty enough but didn’t absolutely love it.

Two tablespoons of dip has 100 calories, nine grams of fat, three grams of carbohydrates, zero grams of fibre, two grams of sugar, one gram of protein and 150 milligrams of sodium. It’s very easy to eat two tablepoons! The dip is gluten and soy free.

This dip isn’t the best dip I’ve had but it’s enjoyable. It’s very tangy and creamy. It has a bit of texture from the onions but the onions aren’t super crunchy, they’re soft. There’s a strong onion flavor so if you like onion dip, you’ll enjoy this.

Cost: 7.5/10
