RECALL NOTICE: Kirkland Signature Acid Reducer 150mg

This is just an update on the Zantac Recall. It looks like Pharmascience Inc. is recalling item #922982 Kirkland Signature Acid Reducer 150 mg because it may contain the impurity N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) above acceptable levels.
If you have any of this product left, please return in to Costco for a full refund.

RANITIDINE CLASS ACTION
The law firms of Charney Lawyers PC and Rice Harbut Elliot LLP have commenced a national class action on behalf of all persons in Canada who purchased or ingested one or more of the Ranitidine products for sale in Canada from January 1, 2010 to present.

I have the Zantac bought from Costco and I checked mine and it was on the recall list. I didn’t find anywhere that said what you could do with the product you have left. Should I return it? I only have a quarter left from one bottle as I just found out about this recall.
The class Action Lawsuit indicates do not throw out or return, keep safe. I guess just in case they need to test your batch? The lawsuit is worth a read. Keep your pharmacy receipts, Costco receipts, Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, etc, Federal, Provincial and private insurance receipts all the way back to 2010.
