Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Kirkland Signature Quiche Lorraine, Costco Kirkland Signature Fresh Turkey and the Costco Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers.

I’ve heard from other toddler moms that their kids love these Kashi Fruit Bars so I decided to pick them up to try!
I paid $18.99 Canadian for the box of 28 bars, so these aren’t the cheapest snacks to buy but they’re also organic so that’s likely why they’re a bit more expensive than other fruit bars.
Each bar is individually packaged so they’re easy to pack in a purse, lunch bag or share with others. They’re narrow and long. The best-before date is about a year from when I purchased them. There are three flavours in the box, strawberry banana, raspberry lemonade and pineapple passionfruit. Kids will definitely like these.
All three kinds of bars contain 60 calories, zero grams of fat and 15 grams of carbohydrates but quite a bit of sugar, 13 to 14 grams of sugar per bar. The ingredients list is pretty simple with mainly fruit juice and most of the ingredients being organic.
These are pretty tasty, the bars are all really fresh-tasting. They’re like a sweeter, thicker fruit leather. The texture is soft and slightly chewy. All three flavors are tasty. The pineapple passionfruit is a bit disappointing because it doesn’t taste like passionfruit at all but does taste strongly of pineapple. My favorite is the raspberry lemonade.
