Innofoods Oat Puffs Review

Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Kirkland Signature Pork Belly Ramen and the Costco Kirkland Signature Chocolate Covered Almonds.

If you like my reviews for Costco food products, the best thing is that you can follow me on Instagram or Facebook and tell your friends about my blog Costcuisine, where I review new Costco food products each week! You can also check out my YouTube channel, where I do video reviews.

I’ve enjoyed a lot of Innofoods products like the Costco Innofoods White Chocolate Blueberry Clusters and the Innofoods Garden Crisp Crackers. I saw these new Innofoods Oat Puffs and decided to give them a try. The 680 gram bag costs $9.99 Canadian on sale.

The bag reseals to help keep the oat puffs fresh. The best before date is about eight months from when we purchased them. These puffs work as a cereal, could be mixed with yogurt or just enjoyed on their own.

In a cup of puffs there are 250 calories, 15 grams of fat, 23 grams of carbohydrates, four grams of fibre, eight grams of sugar, five grams of protein and 140 milligrams of sodium. The puffs are gluten-free as well as dairy-free.

The puffs are so colorful and tasty on their own. They’re crunchy and slightly sweet with a hint of blueberry flavor. They taste a bit like a vanilla granola with a hint of fruity. They’re not hard and soften in milk or yogurt. I was surprised by the granola not being very sweet, if you want a less sweet granola, this is a solid choice. Is it the best cereal/granola/puffs I’ve tried? No but I don’t have any big complaints I can think of.
