Costco West Sales Items for January 15-21, 2018 for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan

Hi Everyone!

Thanks for visiting!  I walk the Whole Costco Warehouse every Monday  take pictures of all the exciting sales items to save YOU time!  Come back every Monday for updates!

I’m sitting here with a large slice of Kirkland Blueberry Lattice Pie.  It was delicious; however, it is a little big for 2 people.  Anyways, onto the deals…  Britta filters, and the Ziplock containers are on sale.  Last time I got these I bout 3 boxes.  That way – when some lids or containers get lost or break, I can easily replace them (they seem to change the formats and the size so you can’t match the containers or lids)!

Kaizan Protein powder is on sale one more week.  If you are looking to start the new year right – get a pack of post it notes so you never forget anything again!  The Delici Chocolate Caramel Souffle looked good, but I can’t justify getting that right after the holidays (and the blueberry pie).

Kirkland Organic Coconut Water is on sale for those of you looking for a recover drink after your return to the gym.  The Dahlicious Organic Mango Lassi is a new product on sale this week.  Golden Grill Russet Hashbrown is on sale this week.  This staple rarely goes on sale so pick up a bunch if you like it.  Hampton House Chicken Nuggets are on sale as well.  A rare sale on the fresh flower Designer Bouquet was seen.  I’m not sure if this sale will be available in all locations – but it was in mine!

Just a reminder to everyone, you can now sign up for Loblaw’s $25 gift card that they are giving out to adults 18+ who have purchased bread at a participating store between 2002 and 2015.  To find out more about the class action lawsuit go here:  https://cocowest.ca/free-25-loblaw-card/

According to the terms of the deal, signing up for the gift card does not disqualify you from claiming a settlement from one of the many class action lawsuits, however any settlement will be adjusted for the $25 gift card.

Also, if you are a Costco Executive Member, you should have received the Costco Executive Coupons enclosed in the package with the Costco Connections Magazine.  These coupons are only for Executive Members and the physical coupon must be brought to the store to be redeemed.  Have a look at the coupons here!

If you have not received the coupons and you are an Executive Member, you may have to update your mailing address as well as opt-in for their mailing list.  You can always ask at the membership desk for some extra coupons.  They seem to have a hidden stash behind the desk.

  1. I tried the pot roast already – it was surprisingly delicious and could be pulled apart by a fork. Yum!

Ps, I need a freezer lol

  2. Thank you very much! I really enjoy your blog. Just a heads up the Maple leaf turkey slices and Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese slices were not on sale at the Abbotsford. BC store.

  3. As always thank you for this. My last trip to Costco saved us $23 on stuff we needed anyway. As someone with bad knees and recovering from knee surgery your time and effort literally saved me some pain as I didn’t have to go up and down each and every aisle. Clicking on ads for you to help.

  4. Thanks again for your work. There are some great deals!
The Ziploc containers are a great deal. The twist containers alone are almost that price at Safeway and they are great for soup- liquid seal tight.

  5. Thanks for your wonderful service … I will definitely click on the ads which I like and I especially appreciate the photos of the products’ ingredients

  6. Thank you for your posts, they are so helpful. Is the EmergenC still on sale this week? When I zoomed in to the photo from last week I thought it said 21st, but it was a little hard to be sure.

  7. Hi. thanx for all your hard work. I often see comments like the one above saying they have clicked on some of the ads. can you please explain what that does? does it benefit you in some way. I also look and scroll but seldom click, but if clicking helps you in some way, i would be happy to do that. Just don’t quite understand???? thanx.

  8. The mango lassi was on sale at my store last week.

It’s not too sweet; I thought it would be sweeter.

It’s decent, if you’re into that kind of drink.

    • It’s extremely nice to have the nutrition label on the picture as well. If you look at the sugar level it’s 19gram per 1 cup serving which is too much sugar.

      • Diana, it’s a dairy product and dairy products contain a surprisingly high amount of carbs before you add any favouring to them.
One cup of 1% milk contains 12g of carbs (all of which are sugars). So with 7g more sugars and organic cane sugar being listed after mangos it doesn’t sound like there’s a lot of added sugar in this.
Chocolate milk for instance has 25.9 g of carbs, 2g fibre and 23.9g of sugar.
YMMV, it depends what your dietary needs are but this is not super high carb.

  9. Thanks for the info on diapers! I’m going to wait until they are on sale! Thanks for all that you do. It makes shopping with my 2 kids much easier. I clicked on some ads for you.
