Weekend Update! – Costco Sale Items for Apr 16-18, 2021 for BC, AB, MB, SK

Hi Everyone!
I hope you are all doing well. The sun is finally out… and (every parent’s worst nightmare) Wednesday evening we were notified that my son was a close contact of someone who had contracted COVID-19 in his daycare class and he must now isolate until next Monday. I took him in for a test on Thursday morning because he has a cough, but last night at around 2:00AM we got a message saying that he tested negative. We were told that only my son needs to self-isolate, but with a 5 week old baby, it means we are all housebound for the next week (except for my daughter who can still attend school, if asymptomatic)
My daughter has a bit of a runny nose today, so she is home too! We are all enjoying the nice weather by keeping the windows open and going for little walks around the neighbourhood.
All that being said, the one thing that put a smile on my face was that on our way back home from our walk this morning, we saw a crow that somehow learned to say “Hello” and who followed us home for a while! I don’t think I’ve ever seen this behaviour in a wild crow before! His voice sounds pretty muffled, but he definitely says hello!

This week, I saw a couple of new items that I’ve been waiting to get my hands on. I bought a 2-Pack of Prime Strip Loin. Since we can’t go out for a nice steak dinner, I thought I would treat myself. I also picked up the two pack of Kewpie Japanese Mayo for tuna sandwiches and I also picked up the Brown Sugar Boba Bars to eat out in the backyard for dessert.

Even on low speed, the mini tower fans they have this year are not as quiet as the ones they have had in previous years.
Just and FYI that the description below the Logitech keyboard is incorrect; the photo price is 59.99 but the description price is a whopping $599.99!
