Hi Everyone!
I hope you are all doing well! There are lots of new items on sale this week. I have to run to pick up the kids today, so I’ll just post the photos. I will say it was nice to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom inside the Costco parking lot!
Happy Shopping!

I scroll through to look at the pictures and read the description if I have no idea what the picture is. No issues with using the words AC for me!
I agree with what Jessie is saying. I never noticed before Costco had labelled an air conditioner as AC.
At the same time, I also understand the methodology on this using AC vs air conditioner; although I too prefer seeing air conditioner because using Control F brings up many “hits”.Air conditioner is more specific. From an administration perspective, changing the entries in your database to air conditioner would be as simple as using the “Find” and “Replace” tool.
Anyway, If you’re in BC, I expect there to be a shortage of A/C units based on last year’s events. As we can see, Costco has brought them back earlier at a $100 more in price, and they already sold out at BC’s largest Costco location.
This particular A/C unit has had mixed reviews, including installation and reliability issues. It has a single hose modified as a dual duct system. It’s the first of its kind for consumers. I wouldn’t be surprised if Costco changes models or brands as well. However, if you have any elders or loved ones, I would encourage to buy as soon as available. Those in BC have no way of knowing if it will be another smokey and hot summer. You can’t put a price on health, safety, and well-being.
Air conditioner for $599 is now out of stock at the Willingdon location. I couldn’t easily find here (again) because you’re calling it an AC (not air conditioner) and air conditioner isn’t coming up in the search. Please fix. Thanks.
Hi Jesse, thanks for your feedback! For consistency’s sake, the name in the captions will always reflect the item description in the price tag. I have taken a look at the previous entires for the same product, they are all written the same way (using AC instead of air conditioner) https://cocowest.ca/?s=7708212
If I were to change the item description based on what I think the product should be, the search would become much less user friendly and more prone to human error. That said, you can always watch for the manufacturer name to pull up the correct item.
