West Costco Sales Items for July 4-10 for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan
There were lots of items again this week!!!
One thing to keep in mind when reading this blog is that sales items in the meat and produce section are store dependent – the manager sets the sales for these items. For that reason, the chicken sales that you see this week (and last) may not be available at your store. Also, any items on the blog that end in ‘.97’ means the item is on a clearance. These ‘.97’ items are also store dependent. If you are interested in one of these products you can check with customer service to see if any of the items is available at a nearby store! If you purchased the product previously and it has gone on sale, if you bring in the original receipt and you have purchased the product withing 30 days (or longer, depending on the employee), Costco will refund you the difference!
Fluid Deluxe Pool Noodle’s are on sale this week. They are thicker than your normal pool noodle. Also, the Novaform Sensi-Cool Gel-Infused Memory Foam Pillow is on sale – I’ve never tried one. Does anyone have any comments on this space aged pillow?
There are quite a few laptops and computers on sale this week if you are in the market for one. Costco generally has good value on their computer packages. I always pick up some Apetina Feta for Summer Salads as well as San Pellegrino when it is on sale. Sun Rype Apple Juice is a good deal when it is on sale as well. Kirkland Paper Towels are still on sale from last week. Medium Freezer Ziplock Bags and Ziplock Sandwich bags are on sale this week. Tropicana Orange Juice is on sale. I throw a couple in the freezer because I don’t have room in the fridge all that juice. Sun Tropics Coconut Water and Philippine Mango Juice are both on sale. The Belmont Angus Burgers are a good price as well as the Popper’s Mozzarella Sticks – both are delicious and can add to you waistline! Foccacia Croutons, Ritz Crackers, and Goldfish Crackers are on sale. Buy a 1.36kg box of Two Bite Brownies and Angie’s Kettle Corn and see how long they last in your house! BeeMaid Honey, Hellmann’s Mayonaise and Dill Ranch Salad Dressing are on sale. Lastly, Kirland Signature Gourmet Jelly Beans are on sale. I believe these are re-branded Jelly Belly’s – 1.13kg for $9.49.
Use these posts to make the best use of your Costco Card! I have done all the hard work for you and have a weekly listings of all the Costco Sales Items and flyers. Costco does not publish these Costco sales items; the only way to find out what is on sale is to walk the whole store! Come back every Monday to find out what is on sale for the week. The sales may vary slightly by store, but are generally pretty consistent between Western Canada. If there is something you really want, please make sure to double check the expiry date as some of the Costco sales items have been known to end mid-week.

In the Prince George Costco, Swiss Gear laptop backpacks (9950C) were on clearance for $29 (think $29.97, that makes sense, but don’t recall). Not very many left at that price!
With Stampede about to start I noticed that Costco in Calgary has more pancake breakfast items on sale that are probably not on sale elsewhere. For example, I bought Aunt Jemina syrup 4L jug for $7.49. I can’t remember the other items. Maybe someone else can comment on the other stuff on sale at the Calgary Costcos.
This is the best post on my tablet, you cannot believe the money I have saved by having it. Thanks for all the hard work posting all the deals!
I have used the foam pillow for at least 5 years and love it. It doesn’t flatten down to a mat and supports my head. Let it breathe a few days or a week to release the smell before using it. A lot of comments about this pillow has merit. Some love -some not so much. I am a back or side sleeper so it works for me. Stomach sleepers may not.
I have the gel cooled pillow. I love it. I am post menopausal, so really love the cool effect of the pillow. I just keep flipping it from from top to bottom to keep it cool for me head. It is a rather firm pillow, so if you are looking for a soft pillow, it might not be for you. But my husband and I both love it.
Oh dear, summer items like the bikes and accessories are starting to go on clearance. With the mixed bag of weather we have been having, it’s kinda depressing. Last year at this time, we were having a heat wave.
Any way….if this gel pillow is anything like the gel mattress pad, then I say “no thank you”. They smell really bad and I believe they are toxic especially when you are breathing on the pillow or close by.
The Mars chocolate bar package is a good deal. I can’t remember the last time I seen London Drugs sell chocolate bars for $.50/55.
We bought the Cow Feta Cheese. I don’t really like the trickery with the advertising making it appear that the feta is from the traditional goat or sheep’s milk. Not only that, the feta is an entire block and you have to take the entire brick out out to cut it. If you are not careful and get any water on the cheese, it will go bad quite fast, I guess like anything when you buy in bulk at Costco.
*Costco will price protect IF you bought the product within the past 30-45 days, AND you have your receipt, AND they still have the product in stock, AND you come in while the item is still on sale.
I am struggling to find a good pillow as well. I am a stomach sleeper and right now I am using the Dormeo Octaspring but curious about the Novaform as well. Are you going to purchase? I might run out tomorrow and buy, if I don’t like it my son will take it.
This pillow did not work for me. It’s too high, plus the memory foam is firmer than a traditional pillow. This resulted in my neck resting at an unusual angle. The good thing about Costco is that you can try and return if it doesn’t work.

But, they won’t do it on food. I tried that and they told me food isn’t part of the price protection offer.

Unfortunately Costco doesn’t take coupons.
Correction……..they do take their own coupons that they give out at the door and in the mail from your membership.
