Costco West Sale Items for July 16-22, 2018, 2018 for BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan

Hi Everyone!

A quick update from Tynan:

Thanks to everyone for your well wishes last week.  I got my head knocked pretty hard when I was rear ended. I’m getting lots of rest at home, my doctor has recommended I don’t look at screens for the next couple of weeks. Thanks to my lovely wife who has been taking care of the toddler and the 6 week old baby during this whole ordeal.

Thanks to my brother for filling in for the blog posts while I am off!

This week there were a lots of good deals!  For those of you in the inner south coast of BC (weather heat warnings this week) I took photos of all the fans and air conditioners currently in stock at Costco.  Also to help with hot weather: on sale this week are Whirlpool water coolers (bottom loading), Goodhost iced tea, zico coconut water, Haagen-Dazs ice cream bars and Healthy choice greek yogurt bars.

I thought I would share a photo of “How you know you shop at Costco”.  I brought home some Kleenex on sale today and had to find somewhere to store it – some of you probably know the feeling.

Happy Shopping!

  1. Thank you again for all you do.
Does anyone still have the golf clubs in their location near Edmonton?
    Thank you 🙂

  2. Has anyone seen Hollista Tea Tree oil lately? Haven’t seen it at Brighton in a long time and I’m down to my last few drops!

  3. Thanks for your posts, and for your brother. If your head got knocked around, I recommend someone researching online for you for supplements to assist in recovery from a concussion. I remember reading a bout taking 5 times the normal dose of Omega 3/6/9 ‘s – I recommend that and Ginko Biloba from Costco, just not the Costco brand omegas as their coating is terrible, and you get to burp up fish for extended periods. Get well soon!

  4. Thanks for your posts! Quick question… Anyone know why the AAA Kirkland batteries are MIA? Been looking for the Kirkland brand but only can find the AA’s… Hmm.

  5. Thanks so much for doing this weekly. Do you ever look to see if the photo station has their .10 cent prints on? I’ve been waiting a loooonnngggg time and wondering if anybody knows how to find out when they have their sale.

  6. What location were these items at? I’m looking for the Ironman backpack reservoir and the hiking poles. I usually shop at Poco. I hope they’re in stock there.

  7. Can anyone comment on the taste of the 44th Street Texas BBQ Style pork back ribs that are on sale? I’ve never bought them before.

    • Susan, I am happy to see the ribs on sale again and will be stocking up! Such a great, easy and very tasty dinner option for summer nights when you don’t feel up to cooking much. My family loved them.

  8. Hi Coco West,

Where do you find the Lindt chocolate bars — which location? I have never seen these in the Abbotsford store; have even asked and they’ve said they don’t carry them.

  9. Get well soon and a big thanks to your brother for helping out with the posts. I really appreciate the time you give to this blog and always click on some advertisements for you.

  10. Those Seville tower fans are awesome!
We also got the Danby AC when it was on sale this year (via the website as warehouse was sold out) and I’m so glad we did. Thanks for doing those- we have a heatwave in Edmonton too. I’m sure it will be helpful to people.
Take it easy Tynan. Thank you to your brother for keeping us updated.

    • Dez, I’m wondering….is the fan as ‘Ultra Quiet’ as the box says? We have one on the dresser currently, another type and while the white noise is fine to sleep with, I am sure I could sleep through a robbery!

  11. I really appreciate you doing this. Thank you so much for filling in. Wishing Tynan a speedy recovery. Drive safe everyone.

  12. Concussion is nothing to take lightly… do as the doctors say… limited light, limited noise, and limited stimulation of any kind… I know too many people suffering with this condition.

Wishing you a speedy and full recovery!

A BIG THANK YOU to your brother for filling in… not a small job, I know, as one who used to wander up and down the aisles of Costco to let my friends know what was on sale… now I just send your website link!

  13. Hope you have a speedy recovery! Thanks to your brother for posting these! Are you able to email me the location you went to please? I’ve been looking for the pet bench cover for ages! Thank you!

  14. Yikes I’m sorry to hear about your discomfort! Your wife is a trooper. I hope you bo5 are able to get some rest. I clicked on ads…

  15. Thanks so much! Love this blog! Don’t know if this is new or I never noticed but I like the pictures of the nutritional information, handy!
Hope you’re somewhat able to function, concussion can be so debillitating!
