It looks like there is another Costco Membership Deal (for new members) through Groupon! If you were looking to upgrade, this is another great excuse to sign up! This deal is similar to past deals, but this offer includes a C$20 Costco Shop Card if member sets up membership auto-renewal using any type of Mastercard at signup (Costco Shop Card is valid towards any purchase, including gas).

Seems like a billing address issue. I have tried 3 different credit card.
I had the same problem. I entered my old postal code and it went through no problem. I forgot to put in all of my address changes so maybe that’s what you need to do as well.
