Weekend Update! – Costco Sale Items for Aug 28-30, 2020 for BC, AB, MB, SK

So this was one of those days where I walked in to Costco with a short list and walked out with a $700 bill. I just couldn’t turn down the Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Pot. I already have a classic Le Creuset pot, but the current one on sale is shallower, but wider. I’m excited to try it out to make some Mexican rice over the weekend!
I also ended up getting a Winix Air Purifier. I figure it can’t hurt to have one in the house once it starts getting cold outside.
Other than that, the tower fans were on sale and were really popular. I don’t know if there will be any left due to their pricing! I also saw they were selling Wagyu Rib roasts. My bill was already too high by the time I reached this roast, but I was tempted!

A question about the air purifier. Did you notice if Costco sells the replacement filters? I do not know anything about air purifiers and wonder how often the filter needs to be replaced? Costco.ca does not sell this brand
Is WAGYU RIBEYE BONELESS worth it at $99.99/kg? Reviews? How much would it be if not at Costco ? Good thing, it is boneless. Hate to pay for bone at $99.99/kg.

The air purifier comes with 2 filters. Since they last a year each, you’re good for 2 years. Replacements can be found on Amazon.

They are serving the big tubs of fried chicken in Courtenay. I’ve never seen the turkey sandwich come back though
