2nd and 3rd place: $50 Costco Gift Card + Hungry Buddha Keto Bars 14-pack
4th – 15th place: Hungry Buddha Keto Bar sampler pack (6 bars)
Giveaway ends at midnight EST on 09/24/2020. Winner will be announced on 09/25/2020. This is not affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by Facebook. By entering, you release Instagram of all responsibilities. No purchase necessary. Open to Canadian and US residents only. 1st place prizing excludes Quebec.
The smoke from the fires in the US has finally cleared out and it has been nice to be able to let the kids outside. My daughter is still doing her gradual entry into Kindergarden. Full time Kindergarden does not start until next week. My daughter can’t wait until full time classes starts since she already loves her classes!
I picked up some Kirkland Furnace Filters since my filters took some damage filtering out all the smoke as well as some Liberte Mediterranean Yogurt. It is nice to see Costco bringing in some high fat, low sugar options for yogurt! I also picked up a package of Brioche Buns since I’ve never had them before. I had them with some leftover oxtail stew I made last night (my kids wouldn’t touch it) and they were great! Just make sure to look for a fresh package since there were some made 2 days ago mixed in with buns made today!
The ads that you allow are terrible. Ads for men getting an erection. Is it necessary to have those on your site? Really a SUPER turn off to visit your site and click on any ads.
Hi Kristin, Sorry you are offended by the ads. The ads are delivered by Google and are based (what Google has determined on your interests) or based on your browsing history. You can actually find out why Google has decided to show you an ad by clicking on the [triangle icon with an i] on the top right hand corner of the ad. Google will identify why it is showing you the ad. For example: when I click on an ad that Google shows me it says:
This ad is based on:
Your visit to the advertiser’s website and/or app
Websites that you’ve visited
If you would like to stop seeing an ad, just click on the X a the top right hand of the ad and you will have the option to stop seeing that ad.
Thank you as always for the post!! Saves me a ton of time when putting my list together.
Question for Calgary: Has anyone seen the black diamond cheese strings lately in Costco? My sister-in-law hadn’t been able to find them in a few weeks.
Last year I bought mine at the beginning of November. I’m not sure how long they’d been available before I bought mine so they’re probably going to be in stock fairly soon.
Thank you as always! Has anyone seen the heated mattress pads in yet this year? They have the waterproof one on-line but I just want the Sunbeam Quilted Heated Mattress Pad. i thought they came out by now. Thanks!
As always Thanx again for an outstanding post! This is the 2nd time that the Vancouver one does not have the item that is on the blog but the Bby does. Why is that? Aren’t all Costco’s in the same vicinity suppose to sell the same items?
Hi Vancouverite, I visit different locations every week and while most stores have the same items, some items will only be carried in certain stores. The larger stores like Willingdon will be most likely to carry the largest selection, while Downtown Vancouver has the least square footage and does not carry as many items. If there is something in particular you are looking for, you can phone the store location, choose the admin line, and provide the operator with the item number. They can tell you if the item is in stock and if that store (or a surrounding store) has the item in stock.
Wow when did Hidden Valley ranch dressing sky rocket in price. May,June it was $4.99 on sale now it is $7.39 on sale. I almost remember it being $3.99 on sale like a year ago. I know small item but still. Also shows how much I read this page to start to remember prices. lol
Thanks. Hey, it sucks that the early openings are no longer a thing. Anyone got any times or tips to avoid lines? I work 9-5 so 8AM Saturday used to be my go to. Now that they’re back to 9AM the lineups are back. Anyone have any good tips to avoid that? Thanks!

I go to Costco about 1 hour before they close. No line-ups and I’m in and out in a jiffy!

You’re the best!!

I usually go in at 7:30pm on weeknights and it’s quick to get in and out.
Yes, they are delicious, not real sweet and low in calories. Nice protein snack.
Is it just me or has it been a very long time since formula was on sale. I need to load up!
The price tag in picture of the glucosamine is for another product. 🙂 Lot’s on sale! thanks. 🙂
Hi Lynette, Thanks for letting me know. I’ll have to fire the quality control manager 🙂 I also corrected the label.
When will Christmas things be in. I saw a post and nothing was at the store I guess it was an old one?
Thanks love your posts!
Christmas has started already. Christmas Lights, one tree, Christmas Chocolates and toys are in store right now!

Hi Doug, I don’t think I have ever seen it at $3.99. The cheapest I have seen in in 5 years was in 2015, it was still $5.99 on sale: https://cocowest.ca/2015/02/february-16-22-2015/
Last year, in July, it was $6.39. https://cocowest.ca/2019/07/costco-flyer-costco-sale-items-for-july-15-21-2019-for-bc-alberta-manitoba-saskatchewan/
Our household really appreciates the time you take to do this for us!
Does anyone know why they stopped opening early?
Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks again.
Most items are on sale for 2 weeks 🙂
Has anyone tried these Keto bars?
Early access items are from last week?
No it is a whole imported lamb.
Has anyone bought the whole imported lamb? Does Costco slice the meat when you buy it?
Thanks for the early post! Take care & stay safe!!!
Thank you as always. How is Boots these days?
