I hope you are all doing well. I’m still waiting for a week where my all my kids make it through a week of daycare / school without being sick. It sure has made for a long start to the school season. We’ve certainly all had enough Covid tests for our lifetime.
It looked like Costco is all ready for Thanksgiving. There must have been thousands of Pumpkin pies all ready to go. There was a couple giant tables stacked high with pies… and there were pallets of pies stacked on orange carts for when the tables sell out. My only recommendation is that if you are buying a pie (like other bakery items), make sure to check the “packed on” date. It looks like there were some pies made today and some pies made 2 days ago.
I’ve got to take care of my coughing son. Hopefully he will be better for dinner on Monday.
Costco will be closed next Monday for Thanksgiving, so the post will be delayed by 24 hours.
