I hope you are all doing well! Thank you for all your well wishes, my little one is just getting out of the Pediatric Emergency at Surrey Memorial Hospital after contracting RSV. He is getting some great care over there by all the friendly nurses and doctors. They put him on an IV today and asked that he come back tomorrow for more fluids. Hopefully he starts to perk up a little and recover soon!
Last week, I took a trip to Edmonton and visited the Costco Liquor store. The Costco Liquor store is not located inside the warehouse. They have built a small accessory building with a separate entrance beside the building. The prices are always great and if you have a Costco Liquor store in your area that you haven’t visited, you should stop by!
Unfortunately, it looks like these stores are only available in Alberta and Saskatchewan. I believe you can also buy alcohol in Quebec Costco stores too! The photos are a little on the smaller size, but if you click on a photo, you will be able to see a large sized photo with the ability to zoom in!

Just an FYI, liquor in the Saskatchewan Costcos is more expensive than Alberta. It’s because the liquor has to be sold to the Saskatchewan liquor board than sold back to Costco. Items that are exclusive to Costco (such as the Mama Mango & Peach) are 20%+ more expensive in Saskatchewan.
The Kirkland version of Bailey’s is amazing! We have tried Carolans and other types, but on a blind taste test the Kirkland one was indistinguishable from Baileys. Visually it is slightly darker, but that’s about the only difference – other than the price of course!
Not sure if anyone mentioned this in previous post but you do NOT need a Costco meme reshoot to buy at the Costco liquor stores.
Mama Mango and Mama Peach are fantastic bottles that are only available at Costco. Definitely worth the try.
If you notice… the Caymus @ $89.99/bottle… is for 1L. That is a fantastic price for that quality of wine. Its not a daily drinker.. but a good celebration bottle for sure!
Sorry for you and your little one….my 6 mth old grandson was in ER earlier this week with RSV too…scary time. There’s been an outbreak in the Lower mainland the last month, affecting schools and daycares. Hoping for a speedy recovery for all.
Just an FYI, Costco’s in Quebec only sell beer and wine. Hard liquor is sold exclusively at liquor commission stores, known locally as the S.A.Q.
The beer & wine prices are excellent at Costco, enough so that some Ontarians that live close enough will cross the border just to stock up.
Love all your posts, and even though I live in the east, and follow cocoeast, I follow you too, as I just can’t get enough of all things Costco.

So unfair! Why doesn’t Costco have a liquor store in Manitoba. The 1.75L Captain Morgan Spiced Rum is $13.00 more in Manitoba. 🙁
I love our liquor stores here in Alberta. Great place to stop in after Costco shopping and get a awesome bottle of wine
The costco’s in Sask are a bit different. You need a membership to access because they built the entrance inside the store. Silly! Saskatoon’s south store opens friday. And the north store is supposed to have one built this coming summer.
I hope the Costco’s in Saskatoon get the liquor stores soon. Thank you for all your hard work! Whether it’s Too soon or not to say…HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Thanks! I live in Alberta but rarely go into a Costco liquor store. Great to see the price difference on my favourite gin. Praying your kidlet recovers quickly!!
