Thursday Update – Costco Sale Items (and Furniture) for Jan 2-5, 2020 for BC, AB, MB, SK
Location: Langley Costco
Hi Everyone!
I don’t know about you, but I’m about ready for the kids to go back to daycare! Sleep schedules have all been thrown off due to the many late nights and I’m yearning for a good night’s sleep again!
As far as Costco goes, the sales have started to die down now so I decided to supplement this post with the most recent furniture and beds that have now shown up at Costco. If you haven’t had a chance to try the skillet gnocchi, I would recommend it for a really fast weekday meal. I also picked up a Kirkland Signature shepard’s pie for dinner tonight since it was on sale.
I hope everyone is able to enjoy the last couple days of Christmas holidays before school starts!
I am on a restricted income and would only go to Costco when I would see the items I use on your website but unfortunately I cannot afford yet another cost. Thank you for what you’ve done in the past but I’m disappointed that I can no longer see the items that are on sale.
I have never seen any other deals posted later in the week.
You can still see the deals, you just have to wait a little longer that’s all. It says 5am PST but I think it’s more like 5*PM* PST because I never see it posted before. Either way, it’s not a long wait for the free service. Hope that helps!
Peggy, you can still see everything as you always have. The paid membership just lets people see it a day early. You most definitely can still see what’s on sale. Every Tuesday at 5am the weekly sales go up, then there’s a Thursday update that comes out to non paying people at 5am on Friday morning. There’s also random weekend and other updates. You don’t need to pay to see this blog at all!

BTW, I saved $20 on a more than $100 purchase at http://www.costco.ca online purchase by providing my e-mail address for newsletters per a previous post and decided to put that money towards my membership.
Whether you choose to be a founder or just enjoy the blog is a personal choice since we are all in different circumstances and have different objectives in our usage. There is additional functionality for founders but it’s still a very helpful site for fans that don’t want to commit to this.
This site saves me tons of time and money and clearly the author is passionate about their work on this site. To support it, I used to click on lots of ads. Now, I’m happy that there’s a membership option so that I can support the site and not worry if I clicked enough ads each visit. To be honest, the ads never bothered me because they are on every website I use and I’m getting really good at filtering them out and ignoring them (unless I want to click on them to support the author).
Further to my comment back on your original post introducing Early Access, I put some thought into your hard work over the holidays, which has saved me countless hours, both needlessly browsing end caps, and waiting in customer service lines for price adjustments when I could have tightened my timing on repeating item procurement. The business case is easily justifiable. A Founder I am! Thank you and GL in the new year!!

Thank you so much for all the time you save me each week!
Ditto as Derek said. I’m a founder too! Saves me time and I’m sure money.
Thanks and happy New Year!
