The $20 coupon code is only valid for shopping on Costco.ca. It is not valid in the warehouse.
Could I use this towards the proctor & gamble spend $100 and get $25 back offer as well?
I don’t see anything that prevents you from using both promotions, but I haven’t heard anyone trying this yet. Maybe you can be the first!

Is the $20 off min $100 purchase deal a scam? I read on facebook somewhere that there was a Costco money off deal hoax going on.
No, this is not a scam. It is something completely different. It is an incentive for signing up for the Costco Newsletter.
I’m trying to apply the promo code to an item that’s $99.99 and it won’t take it because it’s below $100. Is there an item that’s $0.01 I can add so I can use the promo code? Thanks!
