Costco Flyer & Costco Sale Items for  Jan 13-19, 2020, for BC, AB, SK, MB

Location: Langley Costco

Hi Everyone!

I hope everyone had a great weekend!  I was out of town in Ottawa for the weekend where there was rain, freezing rain, ice pellets, and snow!  I guess I must have brought it back with me because there is a lot of snow over here in the Lower Mainland.  Getting to Costco took about twice as long as normal, but there was tons of parking!

There are lots of great items on sale this weekend and I’m excited to eat 2 liters of Kimchee!  If anyone has some good recipies, please let me know how I should use it!

Happy Shopping!

  1. Finally the new (Nov 2018) larger Costco in Regina carries the Kimchi product, but what gives? It is not discounted this week. Provincial differences?
I was looking forward to kimchi rice

  2. How come in Regina, you guys dont have the 9”. S- shape bonsai plants
When i saw the blog from January 13 to 19 and i saw the plants , i went to Costco right away and i was upset when i didnt see the plants .
My question is, are you guys gonna have some of thats plants here in Regina next week or next two weeks
    Thnaks

  3. You are a Zen Master… These complaints about timeliness and accuracy are laughable… I so totally lose my SH*T on these people. Keep the faith the silent majority think your efforts are golden!!!
    THANK YOU!!!

  4. Great job on your pricing updates. We just started using them, and travel over an hour one way to get to our Regina, Sask. store, so when we go into the city we do try to stock up on some of the sales, but these extra reduced items you post really help. Thanks for all of your hard work, and please continue.

  5. Hi thx for keeping this site up.
I signed up and paid but dont see any difference from the old farmat to the new. That being said is there an access point to sign in?

  6. I just want to thank you for all the hard work you put into this for us. I really appreciate it as now I make sure I don’t miss out on a lot of things I like that are on sale!

  7. Thank you for your postings. I really appreciate all your postings because I don’t usually go through all the areas. The Buffalo Blue Salad is back at the Regina costco. Thanks again for giving us the sales and all the extra posting.

  8. I signed up not for early access but because I have severe back problems, use a mobility assistance device and I’m not able to get to Costco myself very easily. So this website is extremely valuable in helping me see new products that are in store and making a list for my husband to shop. It’s a way for me to help support Tynan and how much his work helps me see the inside of the warehouse, even if I’m not able to get there.
I’m especially grateful to see periodic reviews of seasonal and new items.
Thanks for all you do Tynan and mycartis2full! I appreciate you guys!

  9. In the photos of Kidde Detectors, there is one photo of a CO only unit, while the other shows a two-pack of the Combination CO and Smoke Detectors. The price sign on both shows $29.99 and the signs have the same Costco product code. The Combination units are normally a much higher price than the CO only, so I suspect someone has incorrectly moved some price signs around.
Might be best to remove the photo of the two-pack.

  10. To all those people that are complaining they have to pay for new features, you do NOT. If you want early access you can choose to pay, or you can do what you have always done, and get it for free. You are never losing anything in this process. Because Tynan has gone this route the website will become better for people that pay as well as people who do not!
I think that is amazing. If you are here at a time that you think there should be new posts (Tues and Friday morning after 5am) and you’re not seeing them, please educate yourself on how to refresh your browser. Here’s a link to help you out. https://www.techbuzzonline.com/force-refresh-browser-cache/

Thanks to Tynan and family, brother and Boots (we need more Boots btw) for all you’ve done and continue to do!

  11. Make kimchi fried rice! Especially with leftover rice! Thanks for all your hard work!

Wish I was back in BC sometimes but AB is home now. Always find some good gems in every location I guess!

  12. I really appreciate the work you put in! I did see a couple of wrong labels this week – the 2 colour post it notes and the bench lunch kits have the wrong price labels with them – I see that here in Sasktoon a lot too – I think some people have nothing better to do than move them around to mess with people!!

  13. Thank-you so much for all your hard work.
I have saved soooo much time and tons of money. Knowing the
sale items before entering the store is a HUGE advantage!!
The negative posts are so disheartening to read.
I really wish people could stop for a minute and take the time to appreciate all the
time and effort that goes into creating such an awesome post!
I love the Squirrelly bread and it is $2.00 off!! Yipeee

  14. Thank you again! I signed up for the membership – what a small price to pay for all your help. Thank you for drawing attention to the sale expiry dates when they’re not typical Sunday dates. Weird for the Premier Protein shakes to expire today. I picked some up last week already so no rush out today on our icy roads.

  15. Thank you! Some great ways to eat kimchi are kimchi fried rice or kimchi udon. There are some great recipes online. I usually make mine with stir fry chicken, eggs and spinach.

  16. Thank you! I am bookmarking that URL now on my laptop. Going to Costco on Wednesday, found a few things I want like the Sirloin Tip roasts. Super delicious and tender, like all of Costco’s meat. Thanks again Tynan!

  17. How do I log in? I can see the regular Costco ad that they email out but I can’t see your post with your pictures. I am a member of the early access membership. I totally appreciate all you do! Thanks.

  18. Finally got the Monday preview, my mistake as didn’t login. Thought it would automatically come up as the regular Tues post does. It’s not that important that I receive the post on Mon but it is nice if I want to head out to Costco Mon afternoon. Thanks again Tynan for all your hard work, we really appreciate it.

    • They had it last week to sample and I bought a box to go along with the chocolate! Not strong, but a mild strawberry flavor.

    • Its good – I like it better than the chocolate and caramel. I haven’t tried the vanilla though so not sure how it is compared to that.

  19. I totally agree with Nick. Thanks to you, your bro & Boots for all your work. It really saves me time & a bitnof money. Also signed up for your membership. Very small price to pay considering how much l would spend if l was to venture up & down the aisles. Thanks!!!

  20. Thanks for all your posts. I’ve been following your site for a couple of years and am very appreciative of all your efforts – I just subscribed this morning as well.

Sorry to hear of some of the negative posts. It’s unfortunate that others don’t really seem to understand the hours of work you put in every week and starting complaining once there is a tiny cost to upkeep and improve the site.

    • Whatever it is you are using to automatically release the posts at a specified time isn’t working properly. It is 6:21PST and the content is not available. I’ve found this quite regularly. You may want to look into that.

I enjoy reading your posts. Thanks for all the hard work!

      • Hi Tess, your browser is loading the old post that has been saved into memory on your device. If you manually defresh the page anytime after 5:00AM, the pictures will show. I have been up at 5:00AM to confirm this works for the past couple weeks (thanks to ly early rising baby)
