Thursday Update – Costco Sale Items for Mar 5-8, 2020 for BC, AB, MB, SK

Hi Everyone!
Costco is definitely busier than normal. You can tell by huge lineup to get into the store first thing in the morning! Toilet paper is definitely the thing to purchase right now. When I arrived, there were pallets full, by the time I left, all the Kirkland Branded toilet paper was sold out. There was still Purex (which is on sale right now) and no sign of Charmin.
I picked up a game of cornhole to play outside with the kids and I noticed the Apple Airpods (version 1) was being stocked at Costco now!

I see toilet paper at T&T , Safeway, IGA and Super store but not a single roll at Costco. Looks like only Costco is shortage.
I went to Costco in Regina yesterday. I was shocked when they were SOLD OUT of toilet paper!!! I’ve never seen that happen before. Not ever!!! I spoke to a clerk who told me they also sold out of hand sanitizer in 5 hours. All gone. No more stock anywhere.
No reported cases of Covid-19 in Saskatchewan yet but people are still panicking and stocking up on toilet paper. It’s insane. Should I be worried too? Hmmm.
Quite a few of the locations have been selling out of toilet paper, kleenex, bottled water, laundry soap plus a bunch of hygiene products. Not sure if it is the panic over the Corona virus, or problems with the supply chain….
Over run on toilet paper, hand sanitizer, masks. Insane. Peopke u know we can use water. Lol. We sold 200 masks at 50 per box for $29.99 in our store. Not Costco. People are buying because other people are buying but not sure themselves why.

can’t find any toilet paper and paper towel in Calgary, that’s insane!
What is the obsession with Toilet paper? If it’s due to the Corona virus why are they not stocking up on canned food and water. There are always ways to wipe the tush even without TP.
Can someone tell me why stock up toilet paper?? I can get an answer from google.
I think the train blockages caused shortages.
I’ve been seeing the pack of 6 picture frames in each of your posts and finally yesterday I went to go buy some. Turns out, they are only $14.97 in Saskatoon so I bought 2 packs! I love them!
Are the frames wooden?
