Hi Everyone!
Now that British Columbia has moved its Family Day to coincide with all the other provinces Family Day and Louis Riel Day, Costco will be closed for all of Western Canada on Monday, February 17, 2020.
It is nice that Costco gives an actual day off to their employees so they can spend it with their friends and family. It is actually nice for me because I get to spend some time with my family too. If you have been waiting for a sale on the Cuisinart (Not KitchenAid) Mixer, this is your week to pick it up for $40.00 off!
Costco has released its sales for the week so I thought I would post them here so you can get a preview.
Also, if you have been waiting for Huggies Diapers to go on sale, I expect them to go on sale next week (February 24 – March 1, 2020) based on the timing of last year’s sales, **These are predictions only (check out the link for last year’s sales)**

No wonder Bellingham Costco was so busy on Monday, even though that was a holiday in the US too.
Make fantastic pasta sauce with laughing cow cheese portions, cut and cook hot Italian sausage, add cream and a few pieces of laughing cow cheese(1-2 per serving), add a bit of tomato sauce if want a pink sauce, splash of vodka if you want to get fancy, fresh tomato and basil diced ontop optional … serve with rainbow tortellini, sprinkle of shredded parm, .. …all Costco ingredients, Fast and delicious.
Reminder: With a few exceptions in BC, Costco opens at 9 am everyday.
