Happy New Year Everyone!

I hope everyone had a great night!  As for us, we went to bed at 10:30AM after watching a couple of episodes of “the Expanse” with a bottle of Sparkling Wine.  It was great and we never had to leave the house!  It’s 6:00AM and we are already up with my 1 year old. <sigh>

I just wanted to let people know about this online Costco.ca Deal.  If you are looking for tires (especially if you have to buy some more expensive Truck or SUV tires, that there is 20% off a set of 4 Michelin Tires for today only (January 1, 2020)  I think the best deal I have recorded this year for tires is a $110.00 cash card rebate on a set of 4 Michelin tires back in September. https://cocowest.ca/2019/09/preview-110-rebate-on-bf-goodrich-michelin-tires-100-off-rims/

You are still required to pay a $19.99 installation cost per tire which offsets some of the discount (some promotions in the past have offered free installation).

Tires purchased from the Costco Tire Centre come with the Road Hazard Warranty

All passenger, performance and light truck tires sold through Costco Wholesale are covered by a 5-year Road Hazard Warranty* protecting customers against tread wear damage and tire failure. Costco Wholesale will repair or replace** tires damaged during standard legal vehicle operation.

COSTCO TIRE APPOINTMENTS

For those of you who haven’t bought tires at the Tire Centre in a while, their ridiculous first-come first-served queuing system is over with and they have finally adopted an online appointment booking system.  I actually remember lining up every Thanksgiving in the Edmonton Cold & Dark at 7:45AM to get my seasonal tire swap done.  Right now, I can book up to 25 days in advance for any service and there are lots of dates.  Keep in mind that you will need to book ahead in the fall and spring when people are changing over their Winter / Summer tires.
